Julie nodded, their team was a tough competitor this year, hopefully it would continue even onto the next term. She would love to see Hufflepuff win the cup two years in a row, just to stun everyone that thought nothing extraordinary came out of the house she had been sorted into. "Since Diggory's school years, I'd wager," said Julie. She had done some casual research and found that the best Hufflepuff Quidditch of the past hundred or so years had been when Cedric Diggory was alive.

Azzurra nodded, that made sense. In those days, there hadn't been a bracket, instead each house played all three other houses. But in essence, it was still similar. And Hufflepuff hadn't won that year, even. "Well hopefully we'll be better even than that team," Azzurra commented happily. She wanted to win the Quidditch cup more than ever before- Azzurra needed a victory at the moment.

"With enough practice we can be," said Julie. She was excited about the upcoming game, she was already starting to get butterflies in her stomach about it. But she was thankful for the healthy dose of nerves, it helped with the depression that she had kept so cunningly concealed. But in truth, Julie was getting better about it, things in her life seemed like they were perking up for once. Especially now that Stevie Rae was old enough to become her and Eric's guardian, the last thing she wanted was to get sent to a foster home separate from her siblings.

Azzurra nodded, though she felt like her team was already as prepared as she could get them. Practice only went so far; the match itself would show whether or not the players on the Hufflepuff team were driven enough to win. Azzurra suspected they were, but the match would still be a close one. The Slytherin team was very good as well. But no matter the outcome, Azzurra knew she would be proud of her team. They had already exceeded expectations.
