Jezebel was uncertain what had compelled her to come whiz around the Quidditch Pitch on one of the coldest days so far that winter. Still, it was exhilarating, the cold. Her hair whipped at her cold skin, stinging the numbing flesh. Her eyes were a vibrant yellow-gold, signaling her elation at the wondrous experience. She wasn't sure how long she had been riding around out there, weaving in between the stands, diving and dipping into deep turns. All sense of feeling had drifted away as she attempted to move at a speed that would keep her even the slightest bit warm. Someone called her name and Jezebel had to circle around in order to slow down.

It was Fiona that had come down to the pitch, she would recognize Jezebel anywhere- even if she was zooming around the Quidditch pitch at very high speeds. Fiona was roughly acquainted with the girl, they might as well be cousins for all that it mattered. She too had her broom in hand and had come for a flight. "Having fun?" Fiona called out to her once she was in earshot. It was cold, but it would make for an invigorating flight.

Jezebel circled around Fiona, grinning. "You bet," she called out, winking a bit. She slowed down, landing on the ground lightly. "Hey short-stuff," she teased, grinning. Fiona was one of her favorites on the team, other than the twins. Jezebel, of course, liked most on the team. Her hair and eyes changed back to their original colors of blond and brown, a horrid mix in Jezebel's opinion. That's why she was fond of her ability, for she got to match her eye and hair color to whatever she happened to be wearing that day. Unfortunately, her ability was strong, and went haywire often.

Fiona mounted her broom and kicked off from the firm, frozen ground. She was just thankful that it had switched from rain to snow, it made for cleaner flying. Sometimes in the rain the kick-off could be rather muddy. Not responding to Jezebel's calling her short-stuff in spite of how much she hated it, Fiona merely smiled. She felt she got along pretty well with the rest of the team, though Jezebel was a lot more fun than the rest of them. "I figured since I wasn't in detention today I'd come out for a fly," said Fiona, smirking.

Jezebel grinned. "Ah, detention! Fiona, darling, you get yourself mixed up in some crazy situations!" Jezebel called out, laughing happily as the wind whipped at her hair. Fiona was always getting locked in detention for her pranks. Jezebel was fond of the girl, and happy they shared a house. The two got along rather well for being three long years apart. "And how are those dear sweet brothers of your's?" she asked. Fiona hardly talked about her brother's, but Jezebel knew she was more like Asher. Both were very in tune with their father's ways. It just gave Jezebel another reason to like Fiona.

Fiona snickered a bit at the mention of detentions, she was quite used to them these days. She figured that she had become quite a challenge for the professors to come up with creative punishments for, as the typical things obviously weren't reforming her to their liking. "I haven't spoke to Levi in forever, he's really busy these days, but I think I annoy him, anyways." said Fiona, making a face, "but I spoke to Asher the other day, he seems a bit peaky, as if he's been ill recently."

Jezebel nodded. "Yeah, Trinity said something along the sort the other day," she commented. She saw Asher often, since he was in her year, and it was true. He did look rather pale and sunken, as if he were recovering from some type of illness. Jezebel didn't really read into that too much however. It wasn't her concern, even though the Weasley's were practically family. "So, Levi's been working a lot, huh? Sounds stressful for a seventeen-year-old," she called, passing Fiona with a sharp smile.

"Well, yeah, they've made him head of department- The second coming of the Ancient Runes god or something that boy is," said Fiona, rolling her eyes. Although she and Asher got along easily with their father, it was clear to see who was their mother's favourite. Fiona might get along better with her mother if she weren't expected to do girly things with her. The youth would much rather come up with ideas for new prank merchandise than go shopping or learn how to make souffle.

Jezebel grinned, nodding. A peal of laughter escaped her lips as she dove into a perfect spiral. It was one of her greatest advantages when Seeking, she was very agile on the broom. High speeds didn't really phase her. Still, Jez was waiting for the day that she got nailed by a Bludger or something. It was only a matter of time. She was disappointed that Gryffindor was only third for the year, but at least the team played well.

Fiona followed the best she could, but as a beater she wasn't really accustomed to fancy dives. The bludgers were by no means elegant, you just went after them and smacked them as hard as possible. Through her being on the team Fiona had developed quite a bit of strength for a teenage girl, especially because she played ambidextrously, not favouring one arm over another. Sometimes it was hard on a girl being a beater, not many people expected someone of Fiona's stature to be effective.
