Bradly yawned heavily, stretching his arms wide. It had been a long day of Quidditch, and he had been stupid to not Apparate home. It was quite boring to wait for the train, but he was too tired to Apparate now. He sat himself comfortably down on a bench as he looked around. He hadn't been home in a while and rather missed Angel, and Cora, and Dean. He wondered what the twins were up too now. Surely both sets were causing mayhem. Cora and Dean were no doubt still fighting and Isaiah and Morgayne were probably driving Angel crazy.
At the thought of Angel, he smiled softly. He had been informed that she was hidden somewhere. He wasn't sure why she was hidden, but for whatever reason, he was glad she was safe. His thoughts then drifted back towards his siblings. He never found out why they were not speaking to one another. Sooner or later he would have to weasel it out of one of them. He lifted his gaze from the ground, looking around for someone in the large crowd that had gathered. Bradly's eyes landed on a familiar face in the sunlight, and he grinned widely at...

Emily wove her way through the crowd, she had just gotten off work and was still in her maid's uniform. Hermione had forced her to get a job, thinking that keeping busy would help her to ease her depression. So far, it had not, and only made it much harder for her mother to monitor her eating. Emily had dropped another two pounds this week, and was looking on losing more. She had to wait for her train as well, and so she was stuck at the station. Emily was overcome by a wave of dizziness, she leaned against a wall to maintain balance, and didn't notice Angel's boyfriend on the nearby bench.

Bradly cocked his head slightly at Emily's condition. He didn't know her exactly, but he knew she was Angel's cousin. For a tall girl, she looked deathly pale and far too skinny to be standing up-right. Before he could talk himself out of it, he stood and strode over to the girl. "Are you alright?" he asked, placing a gentle hand on her arm. He slipped an arm around her shoulder and slowly took her off of the wall.

"I'm fine," said Emily, blatantly lying, she had never been less fine in her entire life. But she was not going to allow herself to admit this to anyone. This was her life, nobody was going to interfere with how she was destroying herself. Emily had still not stopped cutting herself, and was managing to get away with eating fewer than three hundred calories a day. Her job as a maid easily burned twice that much in a few hours. Her knees gave way, Emily was forced to cling to Bradly to avoid falling. She regained her balance, but still remained very dizzy.

Bradly could tell something was seriously wrong by the way Emily's face paled. He moved instinctively and caught her before she sank to the ground and straightened her up. He wrapped an arm around her skinny shoulders and slowly paraded her through the crowd to a vacant corner. There, he helped her onto the bench, slipping beside her. His arm never left her shoulders. Bradly knew the smart thing would be to get her home, but something told him he wouldn't earn any points with Angel's younger sister with that impulse.

"S-Sorry, I just got really dizzy all of a sudden," said Emily, wanting to squirm away from Bradly, but fearing that she would hurt herself, his grip was rather firm. She wanted nothing more than to go home, and for people to stop poking their noses into her life, but she knew the latter of the two would never happen. Why did people have to care so much about others? Weren't humans on a whole supposed to be self-centred and entirely narcissistic? Emily just wanted to be left alone.

Bradly could tell she was uncomfortable and retracted his arm and slid a few inches away. He never took his eyes of the frail girl. "Em." he replied gently. There was a power in his voice, but it was coated over with sweetness and kindness. Bradly was truly worried for her. Dizzy spells were uncommon and it didn't take a genius to put that with her skinniness. Emily must've been starving herself or becoming bulimic. It was hard to believe the girl was so unhappy.

Emily focused on taking in some slow, deep breaths, in a desperate attempt to stop the sensation that she was on a boat in storm-torn waters; in spite of sitting down on a perfectly stable bench. Emily wasn't sure what to say when Bradly called her by her nickname, not followed by any sort of sentence or inquiry. The fact remained, that she and Angel's boyfriend were really only acquaintances, she wasn't sure how to go about this awkward, but frightening for her, situation.
