Normally, Trinity would be at an annoying discomfort with silence, but it was comfortable. As if everything that needed to be said could be conveyed simply through touch. She inhaled deeply, even Asher's smell was alluring, like the smell of pine trees and wild cinnamon. Trinity was very sensitive to smell; if blindfolded she could probably name everyone she was acquainted with by scent alone.

Asher was enjoying the silence as well. He took an opportunity to glance at Trinity. She was beautiful, that much was certain. But she had a certain grace to her. And, she seemed kind, and honest. It was no wonder she was sorted into Gryffindor. She was everything a Gryffindor should be.

Trinity knew that Asher was a Slytherin, she had recognized hims as being one of the Weasley twins, but his identity had been pretty obvious once he had begun to flirt with her. She didn't mind flirting with or being involved with Slytherins, or anyone from any other house for that matter, that was probably the only reason why some of the Gryffindors detested her, but Trinity prided herself on being rather well-liked around the school.

Asher ran a hand uneasily through his hair as the silence started to turn awkward. He had no idea what to say to Trinity, and he had an unusual urge to talk to her before turning on the charm. Something was different about this girl, but he couldn't put his finger on what that might be. Perhaps he was attracted to her for a different reason other than the fact she was gorgeous. Asher pushed the thought away, trying not to snort. He wasn't someone who liked a person for mind, or attitude.
