Bellatrix nodding slowly, wondering why Sydney wanted to stay in the United Kingdom when she could go to France. The weather would certainly be better, though perhaps Sydney wouldn't like spending so much time with her family or something. "Do you not want to go back to France?" Bella asked.

Sydney shrugged. "It isn't that I don't want to. I just..." Sydney paused, trying to find the right words. "I don't want to leave. There are more... Opportunities here for me." She replied. She was refering to the Death Eater activity. She was that much closer to finding a way to get in.

Bellatrix nodded slowly, though she couldn't help but be curious as to what Sydney was talking about. What did Britain have that France didn't? "Like what?" Bella asked curiously, her tone barely letting through any emotion of curiosity, a trait she had perfected as of late. Bellatrix had gotten much better at controlling her emotions, for the most part, though her family could often push the right buttons, still.

Sydney looked Bella up and down curiously. She raised an eyebrow, but didn't answer right away. She had been debating whether or not she could trust Bella enough with her secret desire, but thought better of it constantly. But now, now was different. She sighed, defeated. "I've heard of some Death Eater activity as of late around the London area. It's probably going to be here shortly... If it already hasn't..." Sydney trailed off. There was always the possibility that it had already spread to Hogwarts, but she didn't want to think about it too much.
