"What's all the noise about?" Gabriella asked, marching into the corridor where her friend Raychel and "the crazy Hufflepuff" Jane were practically yelling at each other. Gabriella also could smell Isaac, but couldn't see him. She supposed her fiancé was invisible at the moment, but decided not to mention it. "Break it up," the Head Girl demanded, walking closer.

Raychel took a step back, hearing Gabby's "Head Girl" tone. She clenched her firsts, her knuckles turning white. If Gabriella were not there, she would have lunged at Jane at any given moment. Her temper was flaring, something uncommon for her. In truth, she was terrified of her newly found anger. She took a few deep breaths and calmed herself down enough to unclench her fists. "Let her be Gabriella. I'm going." she replied, crossing her arms over her chest. She turned to leave.

"Stop," Gabriella commanded in an unusually icy tone. She hated dealing with things like this, but she wasn't going to let them get away with it, even if Raychel was her friend. "Explain yourselves, both of you," she added, sounding amazingly like a teacher. Gabriella was even shocking herself at the moment. She didn't want to look in Raychel's eyes though, because she was a sucker for friends.

Raychel turned back around to face Gabby. "I came down the hallway to find her with a baby. I was going to find out about why she had him, before she started making threats." she replied softly, an icy gaze directed towards Jane. She eyed the baby in her arms once more before turning back to Gabby.

Gabriella nodded, glad that Raychel didn't appear to be at fault here. That made things simpler. Now it just came down to Jane. "So, why were you making threats?" she asked in an even voice, not betraying any emotion to the girl that most people considered to be crazy.

"Because!" she roared. "She was mocking me. She thinks I'm a silly toy that she can play with and that I have no feelings. She doesn't understand that I could hurt her. I may be crazy but I'm real."
