Raychel's heart skipped a beat at Isabelle`s response. Raychel`s fear got the better od her and she squirmed, tears somehow refusing to fall. She looked at Levi`s near limp form, ready to scream. This was too wrong, too terrifying. Something had to be done, but Raychel was incapable of doing anything about it. She struggled fiercely.

Isabelle held her firmly, she was foolish to test the strength of a vampire when she was only a mere mortal. If she liked, she could squeeze her so hard that her bones would be shattered. If Isabelle was in the mood, she could drink every last drop of the girl's blood. No doubt that she smelled wonderfully, but her threats would be empty words if the girls was dead. She needed her alive, for now. "Well, what say you?" Isabelle said rather harshly to Professor North.

Levi allowed himself to slip into a near unconscious phase, it was actually a deep meditation, he knew that people were capable of doing great things after reaching this point of complete balance. His body may have been weakened, but his mind was strong. Levi still felt the pain, but as if it were radiating off of something else, it was difficult to explain. He breathed deeply, only slightly aware of what was going on, he allowed the back corners of his mind to make sense of what was going on in the hospital wing.

No. That was the first logical answer. Hogwarts had once before been in the hands of evil, it was a bit before her time, but Carrietta could recall her parents being dreadfully frightened. Just like last time, only it was someone she had once thought to be a little disgruntled, but the best nurse Hogwarts had ever seen, a colleague. Carrietta knew the truth. This new power had relatively little interest in the school, she wanted it because of the security. Nearly impenetrable, the perfect place to hide, the ideal place to attack from. Carrietta could not bring herself to reply, she just couldn't.

Raychel felt stupid and ignorant as Isabelle's grip tightened on her painfully. Of course a vampire would cause pain with even the slightest touch. Raychel would just have to be more careful with how she spent her energy. Her lips pulled into a smirk. She hoped the look would throw Professor North off while she conversed with her foe in the comforts of her own mind. 'Alright. Obviously I cannot compete with you.' she projected with a sarcastic tone. 'I am not going to let you have the school without a fight, but I need you to help me if you want any type of surrender from me.'
((OOC: What say you to having Isabelle being the one to Turn Raychel eventually?))

Go on, Isabelle replied to the girl, now knowing that she was telepathic, sealed off her own mind, spare for projections. She didn't need that stupid girl knowing all her plans. Not just yet anyways. She did not loosen her grip for a second on Raychel, knowing that would be terribly stupid. "Well, what say you, idiot?" Isabelle barked at Carrietta, burgundy eyes still fixed hungrily upon her oh-so sweetly smelling body.

'Fix him.' was Raychel's response. She eyed Levi longily before snapping back to attention. 'Whatever you want from me in return.' Raychel took a quick glance at Professor North. 'Anything within my grasp of course.' she added quickly. There was no sense making a deal with her that she was incapable of fulfilling. No doubt the vampire was coniving, but Raychel couldn't see her face, let alone scan her mind. There was no-telling that Isabelle was looking for loop-holes. She could only assume that she was.

Isabelle pondered for only a second, a second was all she needed. No deal, I may be the antagonist in this situation but that does not make me stupid. Isabelle responded, keeping the remainder of her mind sealed off from probing. You have nothing to offer me that I am interested in. That wasn't entirely true, Isabelle was quite interested in Raychel's blood, she was very appealing. Much more than the history teacher, she was having a hard time controlling herself, but she was no newborn, she could do it. Isabelle was losing her patience with Carrietta, she fixed her gaze unblinkingly on her, wishing that she could just spit something out. A "no" would do instead of this dumb silence.

Raychel's heart fell. Her only hope to save Levi had been destroyed. But she knew that there was something she could give Isabelle. 'Don't deny it. My blood is what you need.' she taunted. Her only hope was that she would at least cease his symptoms. In return, she would allow her to Bite her. Surely blood loss, maybe even eternal servitute to this villian, was worth Levi's life. 'I would be willing to give you my life for his.' she replied.

Tempting, but not good enough, I have other ideas in mind. Do not fret, I will come back for you later. Isabelle mentally snapped to the girl, and then threw her ruthlessly to the side, like the motion of a child disposing of a toy they no longer wished to play with. In a split second, she dove into the history teacher, but before either of them could hit the merciless hospital wing floor, they both vanished into thin air.

Raychel attempted to stop her fall, but to no avail. Her head smashed against the wall, but not enough to knock her unconscious. She looked up, terrified that the two were gone. She could do nothing however, only pray for the teacher's safety. She shakily produced her wand and fixed the gash in her head, cleaning the blood from the wound. Raychel wanted to be a nurse after all, and she already had simple spells in her knowledge of healing. But Levi's issue was more complex, and she could not fix him on her own. She sat by his bedside and, in panicky gestures, attempted to clean the blood from his face. With her wand, she tried some simple anesthetic spells, hoping to numb the pain.

Levi's eyes flew open, he had been snapped crudely from his phase of concentration by Raychel. The pain was still there, ever persistent, but with every muttering of a spell it lost some of its pull. He was trembling, blood from his tongue was now oozing slowly, as wounds to the mouth healed quickly. Levi was drenched in a cold sweat, but he felt hot. His pulse was swift, his breathing shallow and unsteady. He opened his mouth to say something, but only a faint gasping noise came from his throat, and then there was darkness and a dull pain, only a fraction of what it had been.

Raychel set her wand down and began blotting the blood from his face. When he issued a gurgling, rasping sound, she was startled. Then she realised he was attempting to speak. She swooped down and pecked him lightly on the lips. "Shh." She whispered. "Rest." She muttered, picking up her wand. She began uttering simple spells. The flow of blood had slowed, but it needed to stop.

Levi had barely felt Raychel's lips swiftly upon his own, her spells, while dulling his pain slightly, made the rest of his body feel numb. He heard her words as if she were whispering to him from the opposite side of the room, but did not need telling twice. Levi allowed his mind to slow, let his limbs be limp, but even those things failed to regulate his breathing, or bring his heart rate down to a normal pace.

Raychel threw down her wand in frustration. "Dammit!" She yelled. Nothing was working, and his heart was racing too fast. "He's dying, and I can't do a damn thing about it!" She screamed in frustration. Tears were welling up in her eyes, finally. It had been way past due. She cursed loudly and looked helplessly at Levi. Her hands gripped at her hair. And she would pull it all out without proper restraint. A sudden hand on her shoulder caused her to jump. She looked up wildly, he wand now in her hand, pointed up threateningly in the face of...
