"Nice" she snickered. "I don't think so. The fire wouldn't of burned my hand off. Just because it's hot doesn't mean it's evil. In fact your the evil one. You put out the fire. You killed it."

[violethorses]

"Well why don't you just light another one?" Azzurra replied hotly. "Oh and take a good long look at your hand and ask yourself what would've happened had you left it in there for a little bit longer." The girl's hand was badly blistered already, and Azzurra knew it would only get worse. Normally she would've rushed to help, but this girl had slapped her and been rude, so she was in no hurry to heal her hand. Azzurra turned on her heel and started walking toward the dorms.

Jane cast a spell to start anther fire. Flames shot out and the fire went loss throwout the fire place. She just starred at the running dancing flames. She wanted to put her hand back in but she didn't. Why was she giving her what she wanted?

A glance back told Azzurra what she wanted to know. The girl must've realized something because, while she had lit another fire, she wasn't sticking her hand in this one, nor had she retaliated further. Still, there was something very odd about the fifth year. Azzurra didn't quite know what to make of her.
