Boredom (open)

"Alright." Isaac said. He wondered why she didn't suggest the Leaky Cauldron, after all, it was closer. But they could all aparate again. "Meet you two there." he said. And then with another noise as loud as a gunshot, vanished into thin air once more.

"Show off!" Gabriella muttered once he was gone. Another loud sound followed his as she apparated there as well. Gabriella stood right in front of the Three Broomsticks now. Pushing the door open, she walked inside, still smiling from before.

Jasmine was the last to arrive. She opened the door and swiftly found where Gabby and Isaac were sitting. She would have suggested the Leaky Cauldron, but every time she went there, she felt as though someone was watching her every move, just waiting for her to mess up.

Isaac looked around, the place was empty. There wasn't even anyone behind the counter. Perhaps they had gone to the cellar for something. He sat down with Jasmine and Gabriella. Only butterbeer for him today, he didn't want to be drunk again.

Jasmine ordered herself a butterbeer, hesitated, then ordered a salad as well. She was quite hungry, all of this excitement had really broken her stomach down. It was actually grumbling, something she hardly ever had to experience. When the salad was placed before her, it didn't take long for it to disappear.

Gabriella ordered just a butterbeer before turning back to Isaac and Jasmine. Glancing toward Jasmine, she noticed that her cousin had already devoured the entire salad. "Nice work, Jas," Gabriella said teasingly. A small pang in her stomach reminded her that she still wished she could eat.

Jasmine grinned. "Thanks." she replied sarcastically, pushing the plate away. She retrived her napkin and dabbed around her mouth, fearing for leftovers. When she was certain her mouth was clean, she set the napkin down and took a swig of butterbeer.

"Oh anytime," Gabriella replied, laughing slightly. She picked up her own butterbeer and took a small sip. Instantly the familiar taste washed over her, mixed with a little bit of a sour taste. Even butterbeer tasted weird after she had been Turned. Sighing slightly, Gabriella lowered the bottle back to the table.

Jasmine saw the look on Gabriella's face and instantly knew what was going on. She was probably the first person who figured out what had happened, so she knew the multiple looks the Gabby had had over the months.

Gabriella gave her a small smile that would hopefully tell Jasmine that she was used to it. Gabriella took another sip, trying to remember what butterbeer had tasted like before. She couldn't remember, so she just kept drinking until the little bottle was gone.

Jasmine set a satisfied smirk upon her lips, showing Gabriella that she was proud. Her cousin had actually been able to down something other than A+. She gave another small smile before putting the cold butterbeer bottle to her lips.

Isaac's mind was wandering through memories that hurt. He wished he had Gabriella back. He missed her, he really did. Although she was only across the table from him, Isaac felt that she was so far away. He gulped down the remainder of his butterbeer, wishing for something stronger, but knowing he shouldn't, not now anyways.
