Jasmine ducked unde the counter to catch the lizard that escaped. This job was the only sape and outlet she had. It was not fair. All these people thought they had it tough. They had No idea. Her mom died when she was born. Still an infant, herdad got rid of her. Soon after he died of a heart attack. Tammy foud us a home in an orphanage. She was adopted and was forced to leave Jasmine alone. Now Jasmine is here and does not know what will happe next.
"Everyone is cruel." She muttered to a cat that leapt on to the counter.
"What do you mean?"asked thecat.
"Slyterins hate me and pick on me and even tried to atack me. Everyne else thinks that I am cruel, unjust, and a snob. Well, they are all predjudce freaks."
"Now, tell me what else is on your mind" said the cat wiseley.
"I met a boy and I dont know what this feeling is. He is a Ravenclaw, what person would give a dag thought or care about a orphan Slytherin. He seemedso nice butprobably dosmn't even know I exist." sighed Jasmine dreamiley.
The door opened as the bell rang. Jasmine looked up to see who it was.

It was Minnie. Recently her owl had been sick and she had come to see if anyone here could identify the symptoms and maybe get a tonic to cure it. She hoped it was anything serious.

Jasmine did not know what to feel when Minnie walked in. Jasmine decided to smile and welcomed Minnie.
"How can I help you Minnie?" she asked grinning. She knew Minnie knew that Jasmine could read Minnies mind. Minnie grinned as well

"Um, my owl's been sorta sick lately...." Minnie started. It was sort of uncomfortable talking to the same person who had yelled at her and called her a prejudice freak.

Jasmine bent down under the counter and grabbed several bottles."Minnie, I am sorry about what happened at the lake, I... I just... lost my temper. But anyways, how has your owl been acting recentley?" Asked Jasmine

[minnieweasley]

"I dunno, it's weird, I've never seen him like this before.... Sometimes he gags on what seems to be nothing and he has this bumpy red rash on one of his wings, and there's this, like, yellow pus under some of his feathers.... And - it's okay," Minnie explained.

"What do you feed him? Where has he been? Did he recently go on a long trip?" Asked Jasmine.

[minnieweasley]

"Which one do you want me to answer first?" Minnie asked, grinning.

"i dunno, what do you feed him?" she asked grinning

[minnieweasley]

"Owl pellets," Minnie responded. "What else?"

[popprincess1995]

"What brand of owl pellets, it might be an allegic reaction. Or if he had been somewhere he could have gotten a disease, there has been an owl disease in te west, did he delver a letter in the west?" Asked Jasmine.

[minnieweasley]

"Uhh, not that I know of...." Minnie actually couldn't remember the last time he delivered something. He just always made her feel better.

"Hmmm, does he hang out... OH!!" Yelled Jasmine. "Does he hang out with a tan screech owl, if he does, the screech owl spread the disease. The screech owl is on medication and it seems to be working." explained Jasmine. "If you feed him ozzies owl pellets, they have a recall dure to poison, but it is not lethal... If you give him ozzies take this," instructed Jasmine setting out one bottle with blue liquid. "If he hangs out with the screech owl take this" explained Jasmine setting out a bottle of red tablets.

[minnieweasley]

"Uhh...." Minnie hesitated. She didn't feed him Ozzie's. And he did have a friend who was a screech owl.... "I guess he probably needs the tablets...."

"That will be two silver sickles," said Jasmine, holding out the tablets. "Feed these to him twice a day; two tablets in the morning and two tablets at night. Bring him to me in three days," instructed Jasmine.
