Equinox nodded, but wasn't given the chance to respond before Solstice had already headed over to the clerk. She stepped away a bit, examining some of the things around the clerk's desk. Equinox glanced up at her sister after a moment, waiting a bit more impatiently than usual for the clerk to ring up the nearly-invisible book.

"Thank you," Solstice said quietly to the clerk with one of her signature half-smiles, and then went to join her sister. The book had been a bit expensive, but she had the money to spare. Being an intern didn't pay a whole lot, but she lived at home with her parents who were pretty well-off financially. But Solstice didn't like spending her hard-earned money frivolously. "Is there anywhere else you need to go?" asked Solstice.
