He doesn't acessorise much beyond a belt, and detests sandals and shorts so he never wears them. Quin likes to mess up his hair a bit, but it's never a complete mess. He has poor eyesight and wears contacts most of the time, but will occasionally wear his glasses.

History: Quin was conceived while Ron and Lavender were in a very physical sort of relationship while they were both Gryffindors in their sixth year. Lavender decided to keep the baby, but ashamed she kept her pregnancy hidden and gave birth to a son toward the end of July before her seventh year. Unable to care for a baby, the seventeen-year-old Lavender gave up Quin for adoption when he was only a few days old. He was raised in an orphanage for magical children, although was never adopted.

He had a simple childhood, being neither incredibly popular nor a complete loner. To no surprise to the authority figures in his life Quin recieved his Hogwarts letter at eleven, and that very year went to the school that his parents did. Like them he was a Gryffindor, but his school years were simple and quiet. In his fifth year he joined the Quidditch team as a beater, as well as was named a prefect. His popularity did not change in spite of these positions, but Quin was comfortable at the edge of the spotlight while not being completely in it.

Quin graduated from Hogwarts in the upper part of his class, and at seventeen was forced out of the orphanage and into the world to try and make it on his own. The first few months were difficult for Quin, but he got himself an internship at the Ministry of Magic and was able to afford an honest living for himself, even if it was hard to keep all the bills paid and himself fed. It was around this time that Quin discovered the truth about his sexuality, not finding any romantic interest in women. He kept this hidden, for fear of discrimination, but did quietly have a few partners, though never got terribly serious with any of them.

Less than a year ago things changed drastically for Quin. He left his low-wage Ministry job and signed onto a professional Quidditch team. In addition to the career change and sudden change in income and lifestyle, Quin recovered records from the orphanage and discovered who his father was. Here he still is, not completely sure what to do with himself, and trying to muster the courage to approach Ron Weasley with the truth.
