Samara laughed slightly, eyes twinkling. "Well, those tickets are yours, so long as you promise me you'll find something to do that you love," she replied, smiling lovingly across the table at Blake. Again, she was reminded of just how wonderful life could be, even in the smallest of details. Even though she were beginning her seventh year in the fall, her parents had no clue she was a thief, and she was going to have to move along by herself in the world, the little things made it all better. Blake, for example, was the one person who'd turned her life around in the past month, and had changed her for what Samara hoped to be the better.

Blake felt his heart melt at the words. He had never imagined finding such a meaningful relationship, let alone with someone who left him in awe. He took her hands in his, smiling at her. "I found something I love already," he kissed her hand with a wink. Of course, they hadn't taken their relationship to the next level. Blake wasn't planning on it, either. They had both thrown sex around, leaving it meaningless. He was planning on crawling through the relationship, until it had meaning. Of course, he prayed she'd be around that long. Samara had been a wonderful surprise in his life. Over the past month she had put things in perspective once again. His thumb rubbed the back of her hand, as he found himself thinking once again of what he could possibly do. It seemed as if there was no place for him in the world sometimes.

Samara smiled, bringing Blake's hands to her lips. The word "love" caught her a tad off-guard, but it was a pleasant feeling. Samara was terrified of commitment, which explained the reason for her flings and constant independence. However, Blake was different somehow, and commitment suddenly didn't seem like such a bad thing. With him, love was no longer frightening or intimidating, it was absolutely wonderful and thrilling. Samara released Blake's hands, taking a rather large swig to finish off her butterbeer before standing. "Let's go for a walk," she said, taking Blake's hand and pulling him to his feet, grabbing the chocolates with her other hand.

Blake followed her lead, finishing his second butterbeer as he stood, pushing in his chair. He took her small hand in his, as they left the cool shade of the three broomsticks. The sun was still bright, as the days were stretching longer and longer. He could practically feel the anxiousness of the students, all making plans for the summer stretching before them. He ran a hand through his hair, smiling at Samara.
"I suppose a walk by the shrieking shack would be far too cliche?" He asked, already growing tired of the throngs of people pushing down the streets which suddenly seemed too narrow for his taste.

Samara grinned, shaking her head. "Absolutely not. Come on!" she replied, laughing as she pulled Blake towards her and towards the seclusion of the Shrieking Shack. It didn't take very long to start seeing the obvious thinning of the throngs as they approached. Even after that myth about the Shrieking Shack those many years ago had been dispelled by Remus Lupin leaving the school (and Earth), people were still terrified of the place. Samara rested by the fence bordering the Shrieking Shack from the rest of Hogsmeade, pulling Blake towards her and into a soft kiss.

Soon they found themselves secluded, away from the bothersome background noise. Blake barely had time to take in the old abandoned building before his train of thought was crashing to a halt. His hand found Samara's hair as it stroked the red locks, deepening the kiss. He melted against her, losing all thoughts--
It took all of his strength to come back to reality. Samara had that air around her that he found irresistible. He had to remind himself that he wanted to take it slow. He wanted to make sure she knew she was special. Pulling away, he smiled, stroking her fair cheek gently. There was a war waging inside of him, and the brain was winning by a thin margin.

Samara felt the passion grow, if only for a moment, before both parted. Like always, she was left breathless, craved more, but she knew that would do no good, for either of them. She wanted a slow moving relationship for once, with Blake and only Blake. Still, she wouldn't mind a little snog here or there, but she'd get on eventually. For that moment in time, she was comfortable just being with Blake, wrapped in his arms as he showered her with affection. Samara pulled him close and cuddled into his arms, feeling right at home.

Blake let out a silent sigh of relief. He was grateful that Samara was understanding of the pace. It made the war a tad easier. He welcomed her into his arms, stroking her hair. He planted a kiss on her forehead, running a hand up and down her back. Of course, he knew it'd be worth the unbearable crawl in the long run. Moments like this told him so. It was as if she fit perfectly into his arms. He wanted desperately to see her on the summer, but he knew his parents would be present. He didn't know which he feared the most, the disapproval or approval of his parents. Plus his mundane job would leave him bogged down, but it would be worth it. He wasn't going to say anything, but he had seen a beautiful pendant that he wanted to grab before anyone else could have, and give it to Samara, if she would be his...officially.

Samara cuddled into his arms, marveling at how perfectly they fit together. It wasn't often that happened, if ever. She was very particular when it came to her boys, and they were often not compatible. The way that Blake was perfect was... wonderful. Samara wanting nothing more than to see Blake over the summer, to perhaps figure out if they were an official item or not. In the back of her mind, she was afraid her parents would disapprove, which caught her off-guard. She wasn't one to worry about her parent's views, but somehow they mattered in this situation. The thought took Samara a moment to thoroughly process.

Blake rested his hands on her hips, stepping back to take her in. He knew he had to swallow his pride. She'd be worth it. Both of them were used to others chasing them relentlessly, and that left them in a state of confusion. Nothing was certain. Blake swallowed, knowing Samara could easily find someone better than himself...although there were few that fit that stature.
"Would you like to meet up sometime this summer?" He knew he had asked the question already, but he felt oddly as if the redundancy was required. He shook his head, knowing he should have been more specific. He wasn't ready to subject the poor girl to his overbearing parents. "Go get ice-cream or something?" He asked. It was a simple date, but he knew she'd appreciate the simplicity.

Samara was slightly taken aback by the repeat of his early question. Still, it was oddly endearing. She pulled him close and kissed him gently. Pulling away, she smiled. "I would love to," she replied, wrapping her arms around his neck. Her parents were odd, but hopefully had enough respect for their daughter to leave her choice in men alone. Truthfully, Ron and Hermione had been an odd couple, but they were tame in comparison to Blake and herself. Neither knew their daughter wasn't the typical, loving Weasely like Evylinne and Silas. Neither knew that she was the bad seed, a thief, a flirt, and not someone that they would take kindly to when representing their family.

It was rare, when Blake was the one waiting for approval. He let out a sigh of relief, not realizing he had been holding his breath as he had waited on an answer. Of course, he hadn't realized he had been so anxious of an answer. "Great," he kissed her lightly on the lips. Even the brief contact left him slightly dizzy in the head. It was a feeling that he had grown addicted to. It was her he had grown addicted to. He tilted her chin up, giving him a clear gaze into her bright eyes. He planted another longer kiss on her lips, allowing himself the pleasure of his dizzied head and sweating palms.

Samara returned the kiss brightly, allowing Blake to control the amounts of intensity and passion. It was rare for the redhead to let the male be the one to take the reins. They usually rested in her hands, and she was normally the one who determined where her intimate moments and flings went. Still, playing the role of the stereotypical female was something she'd actually been craving for such a long time. It was an odd feeling, but it warmed her heart to know that Blake cared about her as much as he did.

Blake let out a laugh of pure happiness as he stroked her hair. The time had flown by, and he was greatly disheartened to know they had to return to school. He had exams to study for, that his father would have his head if he failed. He didn't want this moment to end, nor did he want to be the one to end it. He took her face in his hands gently, kissing her once again, this time allowing himself to melt into the kiss, pushing all other thoughts from his mind. Simply Samara.
