Seth watched Marcus' every movement. The other was beautiful honestly. His slender frame made plenty of people think of him as weak but that did not bother Seth. He knew that Marcus may not be the most physically fit of people but his mind was stronger than most. When the other turned around and grinned at him Seth couldn't but return the smile.
"Almost," He answered with a shrug of his shoulders. Then Seth reached over and took Marcus' hand gently before tugging him onto Seths lap. "Now I'm much more comfortable," Seth said as he looked down at the sprawled form of Marcus who now lay across his lap with the arm of the chair supporting his back. Seeing some hair in the others eyes Seth gently brushed the hair out of the others face.

Marcus's eyes wideneded as he was pulled onto Seth's lap suddenly. Marcus just looked at him not really knowing what to do. He knew Seth could hear his fluttering heart bouncing around in his chest. "Well... that's good," he said trying to keep his voice level. In times like these Marcus always had trouble thinking. Like when Seth kissed him in the cafe, his brain just seemed to shut down. Why was it that he could be calm and rational in just about all situations, but when Seth walking into the room he instantly melted? It was still a mystery to him.

Seth had almost forgotten how much control he needed but then he had heard the fluttering of the wonderful heart, could feel the blood rushing through the veins in the body on his lap, could smell the rush of nutrients just bellow that thin protection of skin. It would be so easy to take just one small taste but not even that would Seth allow himself. He would never bite Marcus, never hurt Marcus period.
"You are the cutest person I have ever met," Seth said with a toothed grin as he leaned forward so that their foreheads were pressed against each other. "Now remember that we can't be miss using this library," Seth reminded the other to help keep the others young mind out of the gutter. Their relationship was not solid enough to be taking that step yet. Marcus still seemed to get all faint jut by an innocent kiss. So to help calm the situation Seth leaned back so that their foreheads no longer touched.
"So which one of these books are your favorite? I don't think I've ever read a muggle book before," Seth said as he looked at the stacks surrounding them at the moment.

Marcus couldn't help but let out his pent up breath when Seth leaned away. "Favorite? That like asking which one of my fingers I like the most. I can't pick just one!" Marcus grinned as the atmosphere returned to normal...ish. "And Muggle books can be really interesting. I really like the more philosophical ones, and the ones about magic can be entertaining. It's surprising how close they can get to the truth. With some books, I kind of think that they were written by Muggles who's actually seen magic. But because they are considered fiction no one catches on. And science fiction is really interesting do. It's incredible how Muggles think of ways to make up for the lack of magic. Using machines, and electricity, and the like. I'm kind of glad I was Muggle-born, because I can get a good view of both worlds." Marcus hadn't realized how much he had been talking. He usually didn't babble like this, but books were so fun and interesting to him he really couldn't help himself.

Seth just continued to smile as the other explained part of his world that was usually a mystery to Seth. The muggle world was something to be laughed and sometimes even pitied. Being raised in a large wizarding family Seth had never heard of such things as 'science fiction' and was not sure what those two words combined could mean. His understanding of the word 'science' was that it was very precise and explained how the world worked yet the word 'fiction' meant not real and made up. How could two opposite words be combined like that? What type of books were these 'science fiction' books? Also Seth only had a childs understanding of such things like 'machines' and 'electricity'. All of these words were part of the muggles world that were alien to Seth. However all of these things were part of Marcus' world and that was something Seth now wished to learn about. If he could understand Marcus' logical world then hopefully it would be easier to become a part of it.
"Well my first favorite finger was my thumb," Seth said with chuckle. Marcus had a good point but it didn't help Seth figure out what he was going to read. Seeing what looked like a child's book Seth grabbed it and smiled. This was something that he could hopefully understand. 'Where the wild things roam' huh? It sounded interesting and since it had been in Marcus' stack of books it must be good. Putting on the most innocent look he could he held the book out to Marcus hopefully.
"Will you read me the book?" Seth asked with big hopefully eyes and a slight pout. This was his best 'puppy dog' look that he could get. It was silly to act like this just in hopes of getting Marcus to read to him but Seth was enjoying himself and getting Marcus to relax some more was one of Seths higher priorities. It was by far a higher priority than his pride.

Marcus smiled at Seth's pouting, it was very silly but strangely...cute. He took the book from Seth and opened it. He hadn't read this book for years. It was a kid's book. But if that's what Seth wanted Marcus would read to him. He thought Seth was quite silly sometimes but that was what made him so interesting. Positioning himself so that Seth could see the book as well, Marcus began reading for Seth.
