Domi looked at Hayden carefully, going over his response for a moment. "Girls like me..." she repeated, with nod of her head. He seemed to think she deserved better than him, but shouldn't she be the one who decides whats right and whats not right for her? "Shouldn't you let me decide whats good for me?" she asked, her tone soft as she smiled softly. She wasn't upset that Hayden had made the decision for her, she could understand but she also had a mind of her own and was more than capable of deciding what, and who she wanted, regardless of what anybody else thought.
With that said, and to make her point, Domi leaned forward, capturing his face between her hands she leaned forward and pressed her lips to his. It was a risky move she knew as much but she'd been craving this for so long now, and if he was afraid to make a move because he thought she was too good for him, then it was obvious it as up to her. Hair tickled against her soft cheeks, but she relished in it. After a moment though she broke the connection, biting down on her lip as she removed her hands from his face and sat up.
"I'm not usually that forward...but...I like you..." she said to break the silence that followed. Really she wasn't sure what she had expected his reaction to be, she just hoped he wasn't upset.

Hayden continued to watch Dominique, he had always been good at reading people, though found the task to be slightly more difficult with her. Perhaps it was because he got distracted by her when he tried to focus on her. There was no lying in saying that the girl was pretty, or even gorgeous, but he had never felt this way about anyone before. It was a foreign concept, Hayden wasn't quite sure what to do with it. He frowned slightly when Dominique said that it was more so her choice to decide what was and was not good for her. Hayden hadn't thought about it that way, he had thought simply of the life she lead, and what it would turn into should she get involved with him.
It would be difficult, depending on how accepting her family was they likely would shun her, even with the Second Wizarding War finished the general hatred toward people of his condition in society had hardly lessened. They had been lifted closer to equality by Lupin, only to have names like Fenrir Greyback send them back to square one again. Hayden knew he wasn't a saint, that he didn't come close, but at the same time he was no Greyback.
The last thing, however, Hayden expected was for Dominique to lean forward and kiss him. He didn't fight it, but kissed back, that was what he had wanted to do all those nights ago, it felt weird to know that someone wanted him, the outcast. Hayden half-smiled after she had pulled away, resuming watching her. "I like you," said Hayden, "as long as you know what you're getting into." His voice had now adopted a warning sort of tone, but it was true, once she had committed there was little chance of her being able to have things the way they were again.

Domi felt her heart thunder wildly against her chest in happiness when Hayden told her that he did in fact like her, but warned her that she should e aware of what she was getting into. "Truth is I have no idea but that's for me to figure out right?" she said, leaning against her legs with her arms, her eyes not leaving his. One thing she did want to know was what this menat now.
Her fingers reached forward, gently taking the necklace around his neck between her fingers, examining it for a moment before she lifted her eyes back up to meet his. Should she go now...she wasn't sure what they did now...and it wasn't like she could come right out and ask him. One thing she could say to him though was this, "You shouldn't worry so much about what people will think...I don't...it's no one else's buisness." she said with a light shrug.
ooc: sorry its short I just didn't know what to put...maybe these two should just get together and we can fade away lol

Hayden had been about to tell Dominique exactly what that meant- rejection from family and friends, even those who had stood by her side since school. Discrimination at work, or even at businesses. Hayden had lost track of the times where he had been turned away, skirted around, or flat-out rejected. It might not be as bad for her, but there was a certain disdain society held for those who willingly associated with werewolves. Though Hayden had a feeling that no matter what he said it wouldn't deter Dominique from him, and that felt good, knowing that she felt the same way he did about her.
He half-smiled when she examined the necklace he was wearing, though he didn't have the heart to tell her that it belonged to a dead man. He often took tokens from the bounties he collected, every piece of jewelry he owned came from someone he had either killed or captured, they were symbols of victory. "People will make it their business," sighed Hayden, "but as long as you don't care..." He left that fraction of his sentence hanging, he wasn't exactly sure how to finish the thought. Should he ask her on a date or something? Hayden wasn't sure.
((OOC: It's okay, I'm kinda running short on ideas too. Perhaps we need a new thread for them? Like a first date or something?))

"I don't care...it's no ones business, even if they try and make it so." Dominique said firmly, she knew the stigma that came with associating with werewolves, but doubted it would be as bad as people made out. She highly doubted her family would reject her, the more she thought about it. After all hadn't Teddy's Father been a werewolf and they'd all loved him. Harry in fact still told them stories that he'd learned from Remus about his own Father.
Shaking her head she decided it wasn't worth dwelling on it till it became an obvious problem. She liked Hayden, a lot, and felt this pull towards him unlike any she had ever felt before, she would be damned if she was just going to turn her back on it now, without at least exploring things. "How about I come over Friday night...we could perhaps do something?" she asked, again being a little forward, but she didn't care. After all Domi was a girl known for taking chances, this happened to be one of those times she took a leap without thinking too much on the consequences. As she awaited his answer, she sat up, tucking a lock of hair behind her ear, a little saddened to know that soon she would have to leave.

Hayden nodded, finding himself almost appreciating how much she seemed to not care how getting involved with him would effect her life. Because of him she too would become an outcast, she might land in jeopardy at work, friends and family might push her away. Hayden had been reluctant to get involved with anyone because of it, but there was something different about Dominique. The way she wasn't going to take "no" for an answer, and an almost instinctive attraction he felt toward her. Hayden wanted to be the one to protect her, shelter her from all the bad things and people out in the world.
"I look forward to it," said Hayden, confirming what he now supposed was going to be their first date. That was an odd thing to think about, him, actually going on a proper date. He had just gotten a large payment from a hunt, perhaps he might be able to take her to dinner. Someplace nice. Of course, he didn't exactly have the wardrobe for nice restaurants, and his image certainly would attract unwanted attention in a place like that. Hayden figured now that Dominique was going to leave, though he didn't want her to go...
