Tain's eyes flicker up to his sister as she spoke of bringing nix and his soon to be child to the shop and he knew it was the right thing that needed to happen, he saw her quickly tug on her sleeve and his eyes softened for a moment. Grace didn't know it but he had been the one to find her in the orphanage and had seen the scars before, he'd been found by jark with his own scars because he had been known as the odd child and grace had been the summary of odd. She hardly spoke and she wouldn't ever wear short clothing and Tain had spent a good few days trying to adopt her properly when he has met her, of course it failed as she was being sent for counselling soon and so the confundus charm had helped him there.

It was odd that he had raised maya and grace nearly by himself as his parents had been looking after the twins and yet he couldn't seem to be able to just suck it all in again and see nix. "I know your right, I need to we her some time" he said in his small voice again

Grace shifted a bit on the windowsill, she didn't know why, but she liked the feeling of being beside a window. It was a dream of hers to one day live in a house that had a large bay window, so she could line the overlarge sill with cushions. It would be her spot to read, doodle, or simply watch the world go by. She brought her knees to her chest, resting her head atop them, not entirely sure what to do or say. Grace lightly bit her lip, she hated to see their family in the state it was in. It would simply be better if everyone was on speaking terms again.

She wanted to see them all that same happy family they had used to be, spending time together, playing their Quidditch games in the back yard... She figured it would take a while to repair it, though if anyone could fix something like this it would be their family. Grace smiled softly when Tain agreed with her, she had thought that he would be more stubborn than that. She delicately slid down from her perch on the windowsill to give her brother a quick hug. "Good," Grace said quietly.

Tain smiled when he saw his sister get up from her place on the window and then she came over to him and he tried to step back a little but the desk was behind him so he just paused and then froze a little as grace hugged him. he has never really been good with human contact or touching others, nix was the only person who knew how to get around that and that hadn't ended well really. So it was odd to have grace so close to him but he sighed again and then lowered his hands and wrapped them round her and brushed a hand over her hair. "I know you want our family back and I'll do my best to try and fix it all" he said in his weak voice as he sighed again to try and clam himself
