Dressing Style: Fairly simple with a mix of both wizard and muggle attire. When not in his school uniform he will typically wear jeans with either a t-shirt or a button-down beneath a cloak or unfastened robes. When Sterling feels like it he might add a tie, but other than that is typically un-adorned.

History: Sterling was born the youngest of five children, the only boy with four older sisters. His parents, who likely had grown tired of pink, were thrilled to have a son and from a young age was encouraged into masculine hobbies such as sports and hunting with his father. Slightly to his father's dismay Sterling displayed more of an interest in music than Quidditch, though his mother was quick to foster that interest in him- and by the time he was five she had put him in piano lessons.

Sterling lead an average childhood, or as average a childhood can be with four siblings. Nothing terribly special or remarkable happened during the first few years of his life. His father earned them a comfortable income, and his mother stayed home to nurture the children. Due to his birthday falling after the cutoff date, Sterling had to wait an extra year before he could join three of his older sisters at Hogwarts- as his eldest sister at that point had already graduated. When he finally did go to Hogwarts, Sterling saw it as a whole new world.

He took to his classes immediately, though was never far from his fondness of music, and continued to practice on whatever instrument he could get his hands on. Sterling took up guitar near the end of his fourth year, though in spite of his talents found that he never became terribly popular. But Sterling was content to be halfway under the radar. In his fifth year, if only to please his father, Sterling joined the Quidditch team as a beater, though remained more dedicated to his studies and music than the sport.

Sterling passed his OWL exams with flying colours, scoring either an Outstanding or Exceeds Expectations in everything, spare for Herbology where he barely scraped by with an Acceptable. He dropped a few subjects for his NEWT years, deciding to focus his studies in hopes to become a curse breaker for Gringotts, while never leaving his music far behind. Sterling is now at the beginning of his seventh year, and is looking to pass his NEWT exams and finally begin his life outside of school.
