Felicity hadn't been home for two days, and while reckless behaviour was expected from her, this was taking it to a whole new level. Oddly enough, however, she didn't really care, she was young and having fun. Just last night she had been up at a hostel in Aberdeen, where she had connected with a group of young wizards who were simply wandering about. They had shared their pot, and in not even thinking on it, Felicity had left with them in the morning. Rather than apparating they had taken trains down to London, and now darkness had fallen for a second time. Felicity found herself, this time, alone, at the bar in the Leaky Cauldron, the rest of the group had retired to a room upstairs.
The room was small, only had one double bed, though they had all crammed in, and the rest of them were snoring soundly. Felicity, however, couldn't sleep, so she had gone downstairs for a nightcap. The pub was quiet, holding only a group of five old wizards who were drinking pints of ale, talking in low voices as they smoked pipes emitting thick clouds of multicoloured smoke. She climbed up onto a bar stool, clearing her throat to get the attention of the barkeep.
"What can I get ya, sweetheart?" he asked, using a rag to clean a glass. He looked weary, but he didn't seem questioning of her age, which worked in her favour- she wanted something a bit stronger than butterbeer. "Hit me with an Irish Car Bomb," said Felicity. The bartender raised his eyebrow, he wasn't like the one at the Hog's Head, it didn't seem that he knew anything about mixed drinks. She sighed. "Guinness with a shot of whiskey and a shot of Irish cream," Felicity sighed. Nodding the bartender fixed it for her, sliding her the fizzing glass.
As if she had done it a time or two before, Felicity picked up and chugged it straight back, slamming down the empty glass after twenty seconds. "Impressive amount for a little lady," said the barkeep, to which Felicity smiled and lightly shook her head. She really did drink too much.
