Perri smiled. She felt so incredibly lucky. Perri leaned against Toby, sighing deeply. The silence was perfect, not long and boring. It was comforting, sitting there, listening to her boyfriend's heartbeat. She felt safe in his arms. "I love you," she whispered fearlessly. It was true, Perri felt like she was in love. They hadn't really confessed it, but Perri wasn't sure what else she could say, what else she could wait for. She leaned back, searching Toby's face worridly, wondering what his reaction to that would be.

Toby's face relaxed into a gentle smile. "I love you, too," said Toby. He had not been expecting Perri to say that, but he truly felt that he had fallen in love with the woman. It was probably the first time that he had ever felt this way toward anyone, sureh e had had a fairly serious relationship with a girl through her sixth and seventh years at school, but Toby doubted that he had ever really been in love with her. Besides, he had only been a boy then, filled with all sorts of false expectations of what love was.

Perri smiled sweetly, happy that he felt the same way. She sighed happily leaning forward for another kiss. This time, it started slow and sweet, but gradually built in passion. She felt happy whenever she was around Toby felt like nothing could touch her. As it was, Perri felt like flying, and now that she knew Toby loved her too, she was soaring through the clouds. Her hands went to find resting places on his neck, with one resting against his chest.

Toby's eyes slid closed as Perri kissed him again, finding himself enjoying the passion that was rising like a crescendo in a dramatic piece of music. One of his hands found the side of Perri's face, where his fingers could then slide into her soft hair. Toby rather enjoyed his sense of touch in this sort of situation, not that he went for the more rousing places, no, he was a bit more of a gentleman than that. But things like the cheek, the hair, neck...

Perri was glad for the intimacy between them. Plus, both weren't looking to get with one another in that sense. Sure, Perri was alright with it, she had lost her virginity to a past boyfriend after leaving Hogwarts. But that meant nothing to her, not now, not with Toby. She was just happy for his touch, his love. The whole world just made sense whenever he was around, like he belonged there. Like it was meant to be. Both of her hands were on his chest now as she kissed Toby a bit more fiercely than before.

Yet again Toby found himself surprised by Perri's actions. He welcomed them, it was only that they were unexpected. The woman was like a mystery to Toby, he never could quite tell what was going through her head, what she was going to do next. Both his hands traveled back down to a resting place atop Perri's hips, strong feelings coursing through him. Toby was now working at controlling himself, he didn't want to do anything that might make his girlfriend feel uncomfortable.

Perri wasn't stupid, she could read Toby like an open book. Normally, she would have been offended, but she loved Toby a lot. The thought didn't bother her one bit. She grinned through the kiss and wrapped her arms around Toby. She didn't care, it was his birthday after all. Perri pulled away and placed a series of kisses down his jawline, smiling knowingly through the kisses, hoping that Toby wasn't uncomfortable with what she was doing.

A small smile adorned Toby's lips as Perri placed kisses along his jaw. He hoped that she didn't mind his stubble too much. She had never said anything about hsi usually rugged appeareance before, so Toby had assumed she liked it. As she progressed, Toby's hands slowly migrated up to her waist, sliding up to the middle of her back. This moment of intimacy was far better than anything that Perri could have bought him. She was so tempting to him, but Toby would behave for now.

Perri smiled knowingly as she felt Toby's hands slide up her back. Her kisses trailed down to his collarbone, then back up again. She kissed beside both sides beside his lips, teasing him a bit. Perri was a natural flirt and was rather good at it. And, now, she had someone who flirted as much as she did. But both were faithful to each other. The relationship was perfect in her eyes, and she wouldn't have it any other way. Toby was hers and she was his. The thought was exciting.

Once Perri had finsihed her little tour, Toby removed his hands from her back, and instead lightly grabbed Perri's hands. He smiled a bit at her. "You my dear, are simply too much," said Toby, smiling a bit. She drove him crazy, not in the bad way, but in the fact that she was such a tease. Toby had to work for her, unlike any of the other relationships he had been in.

Perri grinned at Toby, winking. "Consider it a gift," she replied with a laugh. Teasing was her expertise, and it had been a long time since she had been able to flex that. Still, she didn't want to over do it, though she wasn't completely opposed to that idea. It was up to Toby in the end of course. Perri's smile softened into a gentle, flirtatious, almost sexy smile, something that wasn't completely unlike her. Perri just hoped it didn't bother her love.

Toby chuckled a bit, the only thing that would have made the moment better would have been an absence of the war- but that seemed like a long-off fantasy. It had taken over two decades for Voldemort to be entirely defeated, who knew how long Isabelle would hold out? Toby shoved those thoughts from his head, he didn't want to think on that at the moment. "Come, sit with me," said Toby, leading Perri to the couch a few feet away from where they had been.

Perri smiled, following him wordlessly to the couch. She curled up next to him, draping her legs over his lap effortlessly. Smiling sweetly, yet mischieviously, she rested her head against his chest. One arm rested in her lap, the other draped around his broad shoulders. Perri wasn't sure what could make the moment more memorable to her. There was the threat of war still in the back of her mind, a thought that wouldn't entirely go away. But those dreaded thoughts were hazy now. All there was was her and Toby, and nothing more. That was her focus.

Toby rested his hands on Perri's thighs, just above her knees, no need to get too scandalous too quickly. He smiled at his love, the moment just felt right to him, as if nothing could spoil it. Perhaps he had thought too quickly, as his doorbell rang. He groaned. "Pardon me, love," said Toby, sliding out from beneath her legs and going to answer the door. On the other side was a busty blonde in a black trench coat. "Are you the birthday boy?" she asked, tone almost nauseating by how seductive she was trying to make it. Toby smacked his forehead with his palm, then looked back up at the blonde. "Look, whatever my friends paid you I'll give you double if you go away right now." Toby said, feeling a flicker of anger.

Perri got up as she listened to Toby's voice. He sounded downright furious. She peered over his shoulder and saw the blonde. Snorting, she nudged Toby aside. Trying to appear as floozy as possible she smiled cutely at the woman. "Your services are no longer required m'am. It's all taken care of. You can leave," she stated, hanging all over Toby, hoping he wasn't disgusted by her performance. The blonde looked confused. "Go on, shoo. I'm sure there are plenty of other takers elsewhere," Perri replied a bit forcefully. Reluctantly, the blonde left, throwing a sickeningly flirtatious glance at Toby. Perri rolled her eyes, and hurridly shut the door before she could come back and ask for more money.
