"Alright, let's go there then," Bellatrix replied, not really caring where Isaac took her at this point. She vaguely wondered how Isaac found these types of places, but remember how he had spent most of his past two summers just roaming around. It was probably then that he had discovered this place.

Isaac nodded and then took the appropriate turn into where his used-to-be-favourite restaurant was located. He parallel-parked beside a parking meter, and then began rummaging around in the car, trying to find some muggle money. When he found the appropriate amount between seat cushions, Isaac clicked the button that opened the car doors and deposited the money, they had forty-five minutes before he would have to invest for a second time. Once Bella was sure that Isaac had scraped up enough money for the parking meter, she headed inside the small restaurant, rather liking the atmosphere. There was a chalkboard for a menu and today she was fortunate enough to see that chicken salad was on it, among other dishes. Bellatrix turned back to make sure Isaac was coming. "You're not going to get anything?" Bella asked, just to check.

"No, I'm not hungry," Isaac said casually. He just hoped that Bella wasn't too suspicious of this, but he could not remember the last time he had taken her anywhere to eat, so the frequency in which he used this excuse shouldn't attract too much attention. He handed Bella some muggle money so she could purchase what she wanted, and then took up a table near the front window.

"Alright," Bella replied with a shrug, taking the money from Isaac. While she liked to carry money around with her, she rarely had any of the muggle variety, so it was good that Isaac was buying. Bellatrix stepped up to the counter and ordered a chicken salad and a water, paid, then took a seat across from Isaac. "Thanks for lunch," Bella said.

"Yeah, it's no problem," said Isaac with a small smile. He absently twisted the ring that Angel had forged for him, it protected him from the sunlight, something for which he was eternally grateful. It had allowed him to pursue his dream of becoming a professional Quidditch player, and the experience of it was something which could never be substituted. It was easier to at least pretend he was human if he could go about his routine during daylight hours, the less attention he drew to himself, the better.

Bellatrix took a bite of the chicken salad, chewing slowly. She noticed Isaac fingering a ring; one that she hadn't noticed before. Bella swallowed. "What's that ring for?" she asked, raising her eyebrows slightly. It wasn't really like Isaac to wear a ring, though he would probably wear his wedding ring come August.

"I thought it looked cool," said Isaac with a shrug, not faltering his tone once. Truth be told, it was a very nice looking ring, set in a silver band was a deep emerald, etched into the silver were very detailed snakes. It caught the light brilliantly. Since he had gotten it, Isaac had never taken it off, for fear that he might lose it. He required its use even on overcast days, since the sun might peek through the dark clouds.
