Isaac didn't reply, but whipped out his wand and closed the gap between him and Professor Oriole in one fluid motion. It was much too fast to qualify as human, but Isaac was too infuriated to give even the slightest of care to the issue. The fact was (his elder brother mindset jumping to the worst of conclusions) that this older man was taking advantage of his sister. He had to protect her. "Don't you touch my sister," Isaac said in a low voice, eyes turning black with sheer anger.

"Issac, no!" Safira practically screamed, pulling out her own wand and wordlessly disarming her older brother. Truth be told, she was horrified. Even without his wand Isaac was very dangerous, she had never seen him so angry before. His very eyes were black. Safira's heart raced, she did the next logical move and forced herself between her older brother and her forbidden love, creating a barrier. Even when on the edge like this; Safira knew that Isaac wouldn't hurt her to be able to get at Demetri.

Demetri was taken aback at Isaac's black eyes. He made the connection in an instant, and moved to put Safira behind him. He stopped abruptly when he realized Isaac wouldn't dare hurt his sister. Demetri kept a hand on Safira's shoulder. "Perhaps we should explain." He replied to the infuriated Isaac.

"Isaac," Safira said in a soothing tone, in spite of how scared she currently was. "I know what this looks like to you; but please just calm down." She kept her wand out, ready to defend Demetri in a heartbeat should Isaac decide that he wanted to attack. Her older brother was unpredictable when his temper got out of check.
