Levi did not even notice that Raychel was quite literally playing with fire as they continued to walk. He frowned a bit in concentration, so lost in thought that he tripped over something. Levi did not come out of his train of thought quickly enough to catch himself, so consequently he fell. He sighed and quickly got up, he dusted himself off, slightly embarrassed, but continued on as if nothing had happened.

Raychel stopped playing with her element. She stopped Levi by laying her hand on his shoulder. She laughed a soft, musical laugh. "Here." She said. Using her hands, she dusted him off. He had dirt everywhere. She quickly got the dirt of his shirt, but when she reached his face, she hesitated. Slowly, she dusted his face gently. Blushing, she hasitly put her hands down and looked at her feet. Finally, she looked up. "Are you alright?" She asked softly.

Levi blushed too as Raychel dusted the dirt off of his face, her fingers felt hot against his skin, perhaps it was just because she had been playing with fire. "Yeah, I'm fine," said Levi, shoving his hands into his pockets. He lowered his head a bit against the drizzle, and partly out of embarrassment at his blunder. Levi lightly bit his lip and continued walking as if nothing had happened.

Raychel too, began walking as if that hadn't happened. She lowered her head as the drizzle began picking up because of a strong gust of wind. Raychel shook her head in disbelief. The weather was acting oddly. Normally, wind wouldn't reach the grounds, unless it was storming. With the Forbidden Forest and the castle blocking the wind from the main direction, wind was uncommon.

Levi bit his lip lightly, he had the feeling a storm was going to blow in, probably a thunderstorm since it was a warm breeze, but the drizzle was cold like ice. True to his predictions, a fork of lightning dashed across the sky closely followed by a booming clap of thunder. "The middle of the storm is about a half-kilometre away," Levi commented. The rain began to intensify, it came down quickly in small droplets, but it was no longer a drizzle. "We're looking at a couple hours like this." Levi added.

Raychel held her head up at the clouds and stretched her arms out.wide. She laughed a bit in pleasure. This was the running weather she had been waiting for. She was tired of all the sleet and hail. She adored heavy rain and even more so, thunderstorms. She finally turned seriuous after drowning out everythibg around her. It's close, we should probably find someplace to seek shelter until it passes... Unless of course you want to stay." She added quickly.

"Whatever floats your rock," said Levi with a shrug. He personally would enjoy remaining out in the rain and thunder, but he knew that not everyone shared his passion for talking walks during storms. Levi would let Raychel decide, as he counted her wants to be more important than his own. She was the lady of their duo, after all. The rain began to fall harder still, but still remaining in small droplets. Yes, this was going to be a longer storm.

Raychel smiled, looking at Levi. Her hair was dripping down her face, makeup washed clean off the gentle curves of her face. She laughed quietly at Levi's saying. "Then let's continue." She replied slyly. She held her face up to the downpour and smiled. She laughed, the droplets bouncing off of her skin. Their coldness stung her tanned skin, but she loved it.

"Very well, then," said Levi, and then fell silent once more. He walked alongside Raychel, actually rather enjoying the frequent beads of rain colliding with his body. He smiled gently to himself. In spite of the cold rain, the air around them was quite warm and pleasant. He took a sideways glance at Raychel, she was so pretty, Levi was not even sure how to talk to her without sounding completely stupid.

Raychel finished spinning around. She wobbled a bit, leaning against Levi for support. She laughed. "Wow that was stupid. I"m so dizzy." She laughed, holding a hand to hurt head. She regained her balanced and side-stepped away from Levi. Raychel realized her ponytail was getting heavy. She released it from it's holder and shook her head, letting the raindrops fly off of her thick tresses.

Levi blushed as Raychel leaned on him. He slowed a bit until she had recovered her balance, and then continued at the pace they had used for the majority of their walk. He did not say anything, because as usual, his brain was unable to come up with much of anythign to say that would not make him sound stupid.

Raychel laughed a bit at her folly. She continued to walk alongside Levi calmly, smiling happily. She was at peace. Now all that would make it better was if she could come up with something articulate to say. She put her hands in her sweatpants pockets and gripped her wand. It was hard to clasp it with her numb fingers, but she managed. It gave her something to do. She refused to speak. She had a history of saying things that got her into trouble.... or just made her look stupid.

Levi sifted through topics to talk about, but could really only could come up with Quidditch. He actually did not care much for the sport, it simply was not interesting to him. Besides, everyone loved Quidditch, and Levi was not one to conform with the majority of society. "Any thoughts on what you're going to do after graduation?" asked Levi, that was on the minds of many sixth and seventh years these days. They were not children anymore, they were about to start their adult lives.

Raychel hadn't really thought about her future. She supposed she wanted to follow in her family's footsteps amd work with Broadway proffesionals. But she wanted to settle down and raise a family. "I don't know really. I want to settle down and start my own family. Maybe become a nurse?" She replied. She was slightly shocked by her answer. Until she said it, she didn't even realize what she wanted.

Levi nodded, and then had a sudden mental image of himself and Raychel in a log cabin during the dead of winter. The fireplace was lit and he was reading a story to their kids, sitting bundled up on the hearth. He tore apart him image, almost feeling embarrassed at it, although he was pretty sure Raychel was not in his mind when it surfaced. "I've been looking into curse-breaking for Gringotts myself, or runes translation for historical sites." Levi said.
