"Ah, you have no idea," Gabriella replied with a slight grin. "But at least you choose your classes." As for Gabriella, she had probably chosen too many classes, because now she was stuck studying for a million subjects at once. She couldn't really remember what she had been thinking after her fifth year.

Safira smiled. She was probably going to keep everything; Spare for Arithmancy. She was not very good at it, and the teacher favoured Ravenclaw students. That left her with Transfiguration, Potions, Charms, Herbology, Defense Against the Dark Arts, and Ancient Runes. "So have you and Isaac set a date yet?" Safira asked. She was truly excited about the upcoming wedding, she loved sophisticated parties and formal affairs.

Gabriella nearly laughed at the mention of her wedding. It was just so weird to talk about, seeing as she was only seventeen and already getting married. But there was no way around it; she and Isaac were hopelessly in love. "We're thinking August 7th, but it's not final just yet," Gabriella replied with a wide grin. "I hope you're coming."

"Of course I will!" Safira said excitedly. She would have offered to plan everything for them, but she figured that she would keep out of this. Isaac and Gabriella ought to plan it themselves. "Have you decided on where, or are you still trying to figure that out too?" Safira asked. She hoped that she wasn't asking too many questions, but this was so exciting!

Gabriella could tell Safira was really excited about the wedding, even though it wasn't her own. "No, we haven't decided yet, being busy with school and work," she replied. "Do you have any ideas?" Gabriella figured Safira did, considering she seemed so keen to know everything about the wedding.

"If you don't mind my intruding," Safira said, with a bit of a smile. She had thought about many places, but she kept in mind that both Isaac and Gabriella were vampires, so nowhere sunny. "The idea of a moonlit garden sounds pretty, and since you're thinking a summer wedding it should be especially pretty," said Safira. "Or there's this grand cathedral where my parents got married, it's beautiful, and-" Safira stopped herself, she figured that she should not step in too much. This was Gabriella's wedding, not her own.

"You should be a wedding planner, Safira," Gabriella said with a wide grin. She liked Safira's ideas and could tell that the girl had plenty more stored in her head. "I really like that moonlit garden idea, I hadn't thought of that. All this time I was thinking it had to be indoors."

Safira smiled. Perhaps she might look into that. Of course, the Malfoy fortune was big enough so that any Malfoy anywhere would never have to work a day in their lives, but Safira felt worthless if she was just moping around doing nothing, like her father did. Safira liked work. "All you have to do is think outside the box," said Safira with a bit of a grin.

Gabriella smiled, thinking Safira was right. "Or just come to you," she added with a wide grin this time. Safira didn't seem to have a problem "thinking outside the box" and would probably be better at planning a wedding than Gabriella would be. She and Isaac were having problems coming up with ideas.

Safira smiled and went a little pink around the ears. She was not used to being relied on for anything, apart from Quidditch and taking notes during History of Magic for her friends that usually fell asleep. "Well, if you and Isaac need anything," said Safira. "I'd be glad to help out."

"Excellent," Gabriella replied with a grin. "I'll be sure to take you up on that when I'm freaking out the day before my wedding." Gabriella sincerely hoped this wouldn't happen, but when she got stressed odd things could happen. And all those horror wedding stories about dresses suddenly not fitting were quite annoying.

Safira gave a small smile. "Don't worry about it," she said. "A wedding is just a small event, what really matters is that you're going to be spending the rest of your life with my brother. It'll be fine." It was still strange to think that in a few months that she would be related to Gabriella. And one of her best friends, Blaize Weasley.

"Good thought," Gabriella commented, thinking this was quite wise of Safira. The rest of her life with Isaac, that sounded like a grand time, actually. There was no doubt anymore, this relationship was definitely meant to be, no matter what her parents said. "So, any ideas on how to break the news to my father?" she asked with a slight laugh.

"Oh, that's a stumper," Safira said with a frown. Personally, she was glad that she wasn't in Gabriella's position. Hopefully her parents wouldn't take it too hard. She never really knew what their problems were, she was close friends with Weasleys and Potters, and vice versa. "I would just take an afternoon off to go and tell him, then duck when he throws something at you." Safira said with a small shrug of her shoulders.

Gabriella laughed slightly, though the thought of Ron throwing something at her did not sound too good. She hated fighting with her father. "I will be sure to try that one," Gabriella replied. "Maybe if I take him outside he won't have anything to throw at me, which will be an improvement."
