Back...but not so happy *open*

Charles wandered aimlessly down the corridor, dressed in another one of his brightly colored creations. This time it was a dazzling set of rainbow-striped robes. Big, thick, horizontal stripes of red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. He had sewn a Gryffindor crest on the front, where one sat on his school robes. He had put a giant Hogwarts crest on the back. He frowned when he saw Ariana slouching against a wall. "Ariana, darling, what happened to you?" Charles asked, crouching beside her.

Ariana smiled up at Charles, careful not to breathe. She didn't need him smelling her breath, vomit and alchohol mixed. "I'm fine" She said, not breathing through her mouth. "Just tired" She insisted, avoiding his eyes. When someone looked into her eyes, she would end up telling them everything that was wrong. As long as she could find an excuse to go to her dorm without anyone getting her to tell them something, then she would be safe until the hangover passed.

Charles raised his eyebrows, placing his hands on his knees to steady himself. He knew that Ariana was either lying or not telling him the whole truth. He was perfectly trustworthy, in spite of his flamboyant personality, he could keep a secret. "All right then, Ari. You look ill, though." said Charles.

Ariana bit her lip. careful to not breathe through her mouth. "I don't feel well" She admitted. She was surprised he hasn't already assume she had a hangover. Maybe he hadn't been told she had been out drinking last night. That would be surprising, everyone in her family and half the school knew Ariana was a drunk and knew when she was out drinking.

Charles stood up and offered a hand to help his cousin off the ground, it could not be comfortable down there. "Come on, Ari," Charles said kindly. "I'll take you back up to the dormitory, unless you'd rather go to the hospital wing."

Ariana's eyes widened at the thought of facing a professer about drinking. She took Charle's hand and pulled herself up. "I think I just need some rest and I'll be fine." She smiled as sweetly as she could. If she could breathe through her nose the whole way up, she would be safe.

"All right, it's your call, Ari." said Charles. He could tell that Ariana was hiding something from him, but he couldn't put a finger on what. She sure was acting strangely, though. Not being one to pry, Charles let the matter go, Ariana did look like she needed some rest.
