Indago was hiccuping too frequently to laugh anymore, they started to hurt her ribs. Hic. Indago closed her eyes and took deep breaths. Hic. It wasn't workng! Hic.

"You okay?" Minnie asked, still giggling.

[potterfreak14]

"I'll" Hic. "Be" Hic. "Fine." Hic. Indago choked out between hiccups.

[minnieweasley]

Minnie felt sorry for Indago, but also couldn't help laughing at her. "Sorry...." she said, but it was probably inaudible since the laughter was mixed in.

Indago couldn't respond, she was hiccuping too frequently. Hic. Indago covered her mouth. Her ribs were starting to hurt...

Minnie's laughing slowly died down and she grabbed her pillow and stuffed her face into it.

Hic. Indago was getting frustrated now. Hic. Would it ever stop? Hic. Indago ran a hand through her hair, then bit her lip, trying to make it stop. Hic. Wonderful.

Minnie wracked her memory for every hiccuping remedy she knew, but every one she thought of seemed impossible at the moment....

Hic. Indago felt like repeatedly banging her head on the wall, she was that frustrated. Hic. Indago let out a groan of frustration. Hic.

Minnie rhythymically lifted her head from her pillow and smashed it back down again, Indago's occasional hiccups adding in.

Hic. Her hiccups werent quite as frequent anymore, but they were still painful. Hic. Indago took a deep breath. Over the course of a few minutes, Indago's hiccups faded away. "Thank god." Indago said.

Minnie's face was still planted on her pillow. She hadn't noticed that Indago's hiccups had stopped.

"Ummm, should we get breakfast?" Indago asked her cousin.

[minnieweasley]

Minnie looked up from her pillow. "Hmm? Oh - yeah, sure."

Indago stood up and stretched, then descended the stairs to the empty common room.
