Jasmine sat sipping a butterbeer. She was staring into space, her favorite passtime.She always semmed to meet people in the strangest way. She met Minnie in the early mornng in a fight, she met Indago after Indago saved her life. She could not remember exactly how she met Liliana, but she knew it was wierd. The three broom sticks was almost empty. The door bell chimed as someone walked in. They came over and sat across from Jasmine.

It was Indago, she ordered a large butterbeer, then placed her head in her hands and her elbows on the table. She got zero sleep now. Cici looked after Christina during classtime and Indago took her to the dormitory at night. Or she was supposed to. Indago had taken to using the room of requirement. Christina was up almost all night, leaving Indago with only 2 hours of sleep... With a yawn, she picked up the mug from the table and took a swig of butterbeer.

"How is christina, she seems to keep you up all night." projected Jasmine. She read Indago's thoughts, poor Indago... why do young girls have babies? Indago could be living a fun life since it was being put back together. If she waited she would enjoy having christina. Thought Jasmine.

"She's f-f-f-fine." Indago said, a yawn puncturing her sentance. "She seems to be nocturnal though." She took another swig of butterbeer. She wished that she was old enough to order something stronger... Maybe she'd be able to get away with a firewhiskey at the Hog's Head...

Jasmine read Indago's mind. She laid her hand on Indago's. "Don't even think about it," she projected.

Indago smirked. "I thought about it, but there's no way I'd be able to get away with it." Indago said with a smirk. She yawned yet again, then drained the rest of her butterbeer. Maybe if she had enough of those...

"You know, I know a little bit about babys... Since Cici canceled class cuz' of the Tournament, maby I could take christina for a night while you sleep?" Offered Jasmine. "You have a life, I dont." She explained. "You have things to do... Besides, I can sleep any other time." She said as much to herself as to Indago.

"Trust me, you don't want to do that. Christina will not calm down for anybody except me, or Cici if she's in a good mood. Thanks for the o-o-o-o-o-o-offer." Indago responded sweetly, another yawn puncturing her sentance. "I have befriended coffee, i-i-i-i-i-i-i-it just wore off..."

"I was in an orphange all my life. I was five and the oldest. I took care of all of the orphans. Even a new born who was just like mme when I went there, unloved and unwanted. I was like their mother. Now I fell really bad cuz' I left them to come here. I can not imagine what is happening to them. They were lke my family..." Trailed off Jasmine

"They'll be f-f-f-f-f-f-fine." Indago said softly, yet firmly. Indago ordered another butterbeer, wishing it were a bit stronger. She took a sip, then set it down with a clunck on the oak table.

"You honest to god need sleep." Muttered Jasmine. "Why dont you sleep during the day?"

Indago picked up her bag from the floor and set it down on the table with a loud thunk. She pulled out all her books and homework that she had to get done this weekend. "That's why." Indago said.

"I thought class was canceled?" said Jasmine confused.

Azul walked in, wearing her green apron over her robes. With a smile, she went behind the counter. She filled another mug with butterbeer and place it on the table next to Indago's elbow. Azul then returned to behind the counter and began wiping it with a rag.

Jasmine sighed. She was very stressed for no apparent reason. All of a sudden Jasmines eyes became glazed over. She was having a flash back.
"Get away" growled Jasmineas people surounded her in an alley. She herded orphans behind her and cradled the infant.
"Why should we fear an orphan" sneered the leader.
"I...I...I know things you dont" she stuttered as she pulled out her wand. She was just 6 at the time but she knew magic.
"Oh...sure" laughed one boy as he grabbed a doll off the ground. He ripped off its head. A little girl behind Jasmine screeched. She ran out and a boy grabbed her. Jasmie handed he infant t a 4 year old brehind her. The boy smashed the young girls head on the brick wall.
"LEVICORPUS" Shouted Jasmine as the boy flew into the air. She flicked her wand as he flew back wrds. Another boy grabbed at the girl. Jasmin shoved him away and put her with the kids. A towering 10 year old pounded down on Jasmines head. Jasmine stumbled. He picked her up and held her upside down by her ankle.
"Maybe e should take this into another alley" he said as he spit in Jasmine's face. Sh saw every boy grab an orphan. The four year ol quickly set own the infant in a tras can. He threw Jasmine over his shoulder. Jasmne was mad .
"STUPIFY" She yelled sshe stunned everyone. She caught herself and gathjeed the orphans. The little girl lay dieing on the ground. She rushed to her side.
"Sorry" said the little girl.
"It is not your fault" said Jasmine as tears stung her eyes. Jasmine put her hands on the girl. All of her energy was sucked up as it was transferred into the girl. Jasmine fainted as te little girl woke up.
Jasmine saw the tree bromsticks. She shook her head to clear the memory. She blocked her thoughts hoping Indago or Azuhadnt heard or followed along in her flash back. She was on the ground. She quickly got up and brushed herself off when someone entered the Three Broomsicks.
