So essentially this is going to happen with Flynn (at least, hopefully).
He's a sexual maniac. He's also heavily into alcohol and drugs, given the stress that all of this leadership suddenly hefted onto his shoulders has caused him.
1. I need someone that will bring him further into this dark place. Can be a Death Eater just using him, it could be someone who he meets casually, whatever. Male or female, so long as they like men. Needs to be a graduate, and preferably NOT someone who is a professor at Hogwarts.
2. I need someone who is going to help lift him out of this dark hole in his life. Again, male or female, so long as they like men and needs to be a graduate. I'd like it if this person were a professor at Hogwarts. We can flesh out the details more later, of course.
So, yea! Help me out? This should be fun. Eventually, Person 1 will kind of warp his mind. He thinks he loves them, but then Person 2 has this heroic moment where they corner him, call him out on everything, and leave him with the thought that someone good and decent could love him more than someone horrid and addictive.
UPDATE. BEEN THINKING, LET'S NOT MAKE THIS CHARACTER A DEATH EATER. I've decided that I want to keep the politic side of things out if this, since that's what has sent Flynn spiraling out of control in the first place. Having to encounter Person 1 in battle eventually would ruin his recuperation.

I have Ajeeta, yes she is the leader for the death eaters. But she had made sure no one but a couple of people know that fact. She covers her tracks very well. It would cause plenty of drama if she was the one that pulled him further into the darker place.

It could, but I don't know if pairing the two leaders up with each other would work. Just because I'd like the descriptive character to be someone that kind of leaves him alone after he recuperates. Sorry!
