Samantha is entirely dependent on her elder sister up there in an emotional sense after they grew up under an abusive father. I was thinking plot-wise these two could eventually become a duo to be reckoned with, as Samantha will do whatever she says without question- I'm picturing them either joining up with the Death Eaters or the Children of the Moon, so ___ would have to have a bit of a darker side to her to corrupt Sam a bit. As far as requirements for Sam's sister, she's sixteen and a half-veela, I would prefer her to be a fellow Hufflepuff, but any house will do. I've put her face claim as Dakota Fanning and I would like it to be kept (yay shameless picture-plotting xD), though I could be talked into someone else as long as they've got the veela-esque appearance.
