ORDER OF THE PHOENIX MEMBERS
As it states, members of the Order of the Phoenix. They work together against the Death Eaters, though not always with the Ministry of Magic. They must be at least seventeen years of age, this is not negotiable.
DEATH EATERS
Obviously, those that are on the side of evil fall into this category. Branded with the Dark Mark on their left forearms, they live to invoke terror in the wizarding and muggle worlds. They must be seventeen years of age, though younger can be negotiated.
CHILDREN OF THE MOON
The most recently formed third group, their quest is against both the workings of the Death Eaters and the Order. Their goal is to obtain dominance for half-breeds after centuries of oppression. They must be at least seventeen years of age as well as some sort of magical half-breed (werewolf, vampire, part veela, centaur, etc), or have been selected to be Turned by someone already in their ranks. None of these things are negotiable.
DOUBLE AGENTS
Obviously, those that fall into this category are members of two alliances, but are loyal only to one, and acting as spies in the other. These people must be at least seventeen years of age, and if involved with the Children of the Moon are required to be a half-breed, these things are not negotiable. These characters will be limited in number, only one is allowed per group- meaning that one alliance can't spy on both the others, so choose positions wisely.
ORDER SUPPORTERS
Anyone with this alliance is a supporter of the Order of the Phoenix, and is either too young to join or does not want to get too involved in the war. These people can be of any age.
DEATH EATER SUPPORTERS
Anyone with this alliance is a supporter of the Death Eaters, and is either too young to join or does not want to get too involved in the war. These people can be of any age.
CHILDREN OF THE MOON SUPPORTERS

NEUTRAL
The final alliance, people that are not in favour of any side, fall here. These people can be of any age.
