1) As a prefect, you don't have the authority to deduct House Points. You can however, issue detentions and file reports to students' heads of houses.
2) Abuse of power can be used as a plot-device, just know that if caught your character may lose their power! The power is in-character only, characters that are prefects don't have any of the authority of forum staff.
3) Head Boy/Head Girl are chosen, not applied for.
4) The Head Boy/Head Girl can deduct and give House Points. Please try to avoid favouritism. PM me with any point changes.
