Buying Books

"Min, Liliana figured it out, she dropped in on my conversation when I told Evan, please don't get mad at me." Indago projected to Minnie. Then in the blink of an eye, she transformed into a tiger and began pacing away.

"Wait!" Liliana called out and transformed into a fox to chase after her. It was so much easier with James being born.

Indago turned to the fox that was chasing after her. Sitting back on her haunches, she looked at it quizically, what more was there to say?

Liliana caught up to Indago and sat down.
"I'm sorry I but into your conversation like that at the funeral. I was just curious, that's all." Liliana growled softly. It was barely even in human form, but she hoped Indago would understand it.

Indago couldn't completely understand every last word, but her telepathy allowed her to fill in the gaps. The tiger nodded it's head. "There is no shame in curiosity, the shame lies in not finding out." Indago projected, quoting a Russian proverb.

Liliana nodded in appriciation and turned back into a human. She gently patted the tiger on its mighty head and turned to walk away.

Indago then sulked away, her tail dragging on the ground.

Liliana sadly looked at the tiger and watched it leave. She turned and went out, tracing her steps to where her books were.

Minnie watched Indago retreat, then glanced over to Liliana and hurried to catch up with her.

Liliana got fed up and pulled out her wand. She waved it in the air and siad, "Accio Books" Her books came flying into her arms and she turned to pay. Then she saw Minnie coming toward her and she went over to Minnie.

"I guess I should go and buy that Transfiguration book," Minnie stated.

Liliana laughed. "Already covered." she said and took out a big book and handed it to Minnie. It read Transfiguration 101 for 4th Years.

Minnie glanced at the book and then back at Liliana.

Liliana winked and started to walk toward the register to pay. She pulled her wand out and waved it in the air and her books lept from her hands and started to follow her.

Minnie sighed and leaned against the doorway, before quickly moving out of the way to avoid being trampled by an approaching mass of eager students.
