Trinity walked slowly down the corridor; dressed for a run. She wore a pair of athletic shorts and a black tanktop, her very curly tresses contained in a ponytail. She looked down at her tennis shoes, and then back up after a moment, she had been hoping to find Tristan, they would sometimes go on runs together, and she had already asked him to meet her here. It felt as if they hadn't spent much time together of late. Perhaps the stress of OWLs; but they were over now and Trinity missed her brother.
"Oh come on, where are you?" Trinity said under her breath to herself. She was full of pent-up energy, she needed this run more than anything else. She seated herself down on one of the stone benches, its surface cold on the back of her legs. Trinity bounced her left leg up and down quickly, growing a bit impatient.

Tristan walked up and saw his sister sitting a few yards away. He grinned and shook his head slightly. "Well, well, well T. Ever the impatient one, are we?" he asked with a laugh as he jogged up to where his twin was sitting. He waited until she stood than gave her a quick hug. "O.W.L.S. have been ever so stressful, huh? Then again, you did get off with mom's brains, along with her beauty." he joked, tapping Trinity on the chin lightly. He laughed slightly, then flexed his bare arms. "Ready?" he asked. Tristan had come dressed for a run, in similar attire to that of his sister. He was wearing a black t-shirt that had the sleeves ripped off to create a sleeveless shirt, and a pair of his best sports shorts.

Trinity smirked lightly when Tristan greeted her in his usual fashion; he knew her well, and vice versa. She responded with a somewhat firm punch to her brother's shoulder, it was a lot harder than how she would approach her girlfriends, but Tristan could take it. "Always," said Trinity, standing up, ready to get moving. She had energy she needed to burn off, or else she wouldn't get a wink of sleep all night.

Tristan grinned. He lightly punched his sister back on the upper arm. He proceeded to tug her ponytail a bit in a teasing manner, grinning all the while. "Well, I'm glad." he replied with an even wider grin. He took his sister's hand as they walked to the front entrance together. "How have you been holding up lately? Any news from Mum and Dad?" he asked, his voice sounding a bit disdained. He hadn't received any letters from either parent, and it was rather frustrating.

Trinity shook her head as she began descending the stairs. A glance at the window suggested that it might rain, but she didn't care in the slightest; running in the rain was nice, it kept her cool. "Perhaps they have finally realized we're not first years anymore," said Trinity. She remembered that her mother would write her every solitary day until third year, when they started coming once a week.
