Raychel had to smile when he began speaking in elvish. She leaned against him more so than before. She looked up at him and smiled a bit more. It was very weak, and she was surprised her cheek muscles weren't twitching from the effort. She reached up with one hand and gently pushed the hair out of his face. There was nothing blocking her view from his face anymore. She froze there, not sure as to what to do. Her instincts were telling her to move her hand away and just thank him, but a part of her was telling her to kiss him. She was not an impulsive thinker most days, and this particular moment wasn't an exception. Raychel kept her hand resting on the cheekbone closest to her, towards his ear, unsure of what to do. The longer she sat there, the more her instincts were losing.

Levi then did something far out of his comfort zone. He leaned in and lightly kissed Raychel on the lips. It was short and felt incredibly awkward to him, however, he had such a feeling of elation deep in the pit of his stomach. He pulled away after a second or two, colouring deeply. "I'm... I'm sorry, I shouldn't've done that..." Levi said.

Raychel was slightly shocked by the kiss. She did not jerk back or even act surprised. Instead, she smiled. She leaned forward and placed a gentle kiss on his lips. She pulled back slowly, only about an inch or two from his face. "It's like you could read my mind." she replied softly. She pulled back the rest of the way and gently caressed his face. The tears were gone, all that was left was happiness. She didn't know what to do or say. As he apologized, she held a finger to his lips. "You do not need to apologize, for you have done no wrong."

Levi gave a small nod, instead of using his lips to say that Raychel was right. He had never felt this way around anyone before, she made him exceedingly nervous, but being around her also made him excited, thrilled, happier than he had ever been before. Levi began to gently play with Raychel's hair, it was soft beneath his fingers, he stopped after a moment.

Raychel didn't need to read his mind to know that his thoughts were the same as hers. He felt the same way she did. She remained silent however, not wanting to ruin the moment. She sighed gently and watched his hands. When he stopped, she did not question. She only proceeded to take his hands in hers. A familiar warmth spread through her body and she smiled. Raychel sat their, his hands in hers, comfortably. She remained silent through the duration, not needing to say anything. Her body language was enough for Levi, at least she thought it was.

The silence between them was comforting to Levi, but he pushed aside his own thoughts to focus solely on Raychel, no doubt it had been a rough day to lose her parents and not have the consideration to be told in person, but only cowardly through a letter. However, Raychel did not seem distressed at the moment, her body language told him that she was at peace, but Levi did not consider himself an expert on telling what people were feeling, he was more often than not incorrect.

Raychel felt that the motions she was going through were familiar. At first, Jack came to her mind. Surely the gentle kisses and the silence was something that they shared. But then she remembered. This was something she used to do with her mother and father when she was little. She would sit with either one, holding their hands while they stroked her hair. Tears sprang from her eyes and she turned away from Levi, burying her head in her arms. She threw herself down, her head resting on the love seat's arm rest. Surely she had ruined this moment, so she just wanted to hide.

Oh, no. Poor Levi had thought that this was his fault, he mentally scolded himself for kissing her, it was really a stupid thing for him to do. He really should not have done that. He then remembered that Raychel had lost her mother and her father today. "Come, now," Levi said gently, pulling Raychel onto his lap and holding her close. He didn't care if she sobbed into his shirt for hours, it was better to let emotions go than keep them bottled up, eventually the bottle would crack.

Raychel curled herself into a ball, cuddling into Levi's arms. She let the tears flow freely for a while. Finally, they stopped, rather quickly. She didn't act the least surprised, for she knew she was going to be emotionally unstable for a while. She reached up and placed a soft, lingering kiss on Levi's lips. She felt it better expressed her feelings, at least more than words could ever.

Levi had not been expecting Raychel to kiss him again, but did not reject her gesture of affection. He returned her kiss softly, focusing rather on being gentle than flamboyant and passionate. He pulled away after a moment, and while still holding her in his left arm, used his right hand to smooth her hair. Levi had no idea as to why he did this, he guessed that it would be soothing to both parties, like a second nature or something of the like.

Raychel was indeed soothed. The tears dried up and she managed a weak smile. "I'm sorry." She replied. "I shouldn't have... Kissed you like that." She finished softly. "It was wrong." She didn't know how to rephrase that to make it sound like less of an excuse. She did enjoy kissing him. She felt like she could fly, and all was right. But for some reason she felt like she had sinned. If her parents were alive, they would have looked down upon it. Then again, her parents met young too...

"Whether it was right or wrong is of no interest to me," said Levi after a short pause. "The only thing of interest is if..." He stopped a moment, feeling stupid now as he had not planned on what he was going to say. Levi bit his lip in concentration for a second, and then looked down at Raychel. "We can be together." Levi finished, feeling his ears get rather warm.

Raychel looked up, meeting Levi's gray eyes. She smiled peacefully. Her eyelids closed, and her breathing slowed. If anything, she was giddy, and it took all of her restraint to keep from quivering in joy. She opened her eyes again and cocked her head slightly, adding an interesting, mysterious quality to her features. "I think we can work something out." she replied, quickly pecking him on the cheek. She hadn't expected his statement, but she was ready for it. She took a long sigh, as if a huge weight had been lifted from her shoulders.

Levi gave a small smile to Raychel, but it faded quickly. He felt the conversation between them slipping away once more, but it did not feel awkward to Levi. As it never did. He was more of a person to enjoy sitting in silence with someone, but the quiet that engulfed the both of them felt different than the peaceful moments that he shared with anyone else. It was nice.

Raychel took both of his hands in hers. The silence was comforting. She looked up at Levi after a moment. "Would you come with me to St. Mungo's in a week or so and help... help me with my... their... wills?" she asked softly. She was dreading the moment that she would have to do it, but she knew that it had to be done. Raychel bit her lip, trying not to think about what was to be done.
