Angel stood up and pushed in her chair behind herself. Now almost three months pregnant with twins, she had a little bump on her stomach, that made it difficult to fit into her clothes. "A train leaves in about twenty minutes," Angel said, glancing at the clock on the wall. "We should be able to make it if we hurry."

Gabriella nodded, though she would have much preferred apparating. But Angel couldn't do that when she was pregnant, so this would have to do. "Alright, we better hurry then," Gabriella replied, following her cousin to the door and walking out behind her.

Angel could still walk quickly, so she took long strides, while keeping her hand lightly grasped on her wand inside her pocket. Just in case. Muggle London could be a scary place when you were alone. But Angel was with Gabriella, she needn't worry too much. "How has school been?" Angel asked curiously, knowing better than to say "Hogwarts" in a crowd of muggles.

Gabriella shrugged slightly. School had been a bit boring as of late, but with the NEWTs coming up, things were bound to get interesting. "A bit stressful because of the tests coming up, but other than that, not too much is going on," she replied with a slight smile. "How about work for you?"

"Well, I suppose that I can't say that I can complain," said Angel pausing at the street corner for the crosswalk to be clear of cars. "It gets the rent paid, I couldn't ask for much more." The symbol came up on the other side of the street and Angel began to cross the street. The entrance to the Underground was less than a block away, they were making perfect time.

Gabriella barely even glanced at the cars before she crossed the street. She was starting to get used to her vampire senses at last, though hiding them was sometimes still hard. "Well that's good," Gabriella replied, glad that Angel was making do. "But isn't it your dream job?"

"Not my job at the Three-" said Angel. "At the pub." She had almost said "Three Broomsticks," that would have been stupid. The only reason she kept that job was to have a little extra money when it came to groceries. She turned into the entrance to the Underground, enough money in her hand for two tickets.

"No, I meant the more recent job," Gabriella replied, referring to Angel's job at Ollivander's. It would be pretty stupid to mention wands in front of a bunch of muggles, so Gabriella's conversation with Angel was now sounding a little bit odd. Gabriella couldn't help but smile.

"Of course that one is," said Angel as she paid the attendant at the Underground ticket station. "I can finish about thirteen in an hour, unless I'm on the register." It was hard to have conversation about this around so many muggles. Thankfully, the journey was not far from there. Just one train and a ten minute drive.

Gabriella nodded, impressed with Angel's wand-making skills. It was said to be a very hard thing to do, but Angel seemed to have gotten the hang of it pretty fast. "Very nice," Gabriella replied. She didn't ask any more questions for the moment, figuring they would have plenty of time to talk once they reached Angel's flat.

Angel stepped onto the appropriate train, relieved that there were still open seats. The lunch hour trains were generally empty, but sometimes they could be crammed. She seated herself, glad to rest her feet. She was exhausted. "How are the wedding plans coming along?" asked Angel. She figured it was a safe topic when around a coupld muggles.

Gabriella took the seat next to her cousin, noting how tired Angel looked. She was probably over-working herself, but Gabriella knew Angel wouldn't have it any other way. She liked work. "They're coming," Gabriella replied. "We have a date; August 7th, clear the calendars. And I have some ideas for where I want it, but we haven't decided for sure."

Angel made herself a mental note to request the day off for both of her jobs. It probably wouldn't be a problem with her Ollivander's job since she had higher seniority than the cashiers, but she was still only a barista at the Three Broomsticks. She could probably use a sick day as a last resort... "Wonderful," said Angel. "I'd love to hear your ideas,"

Gabriella smiled as Angel requested to hear her ideas for the wedding. "Well Safira had a good idea for a location," she replied. "Wouldn't a moonlit garden be cool? Then we wouldn't have to worry about...sunburn." Gabriella made a face, finding the last words a bit awkward, as she couldn't mention anything about vampires in front of the muggles.

"That sounds really pretty," Angel said with a grin. "Trust Safira to come up with something like that. Do you have any other ideas?" She felt like she needed to be filled in, true, she had only been gone from Hogwarts for two months, but you missed a lot over any absence.
