Emily gave a slight nod, she felt as if she were harming her brain since most of her communication now involved head movements, rather than verbal responses to anything. She slouched a bit more and stuck her hands into her pockets. Emily held in a sigh, life sucked.

It was only then did Isaac abandon his post of being the "door guardian," so Emily wouldn't be able to run away from them. He opened the door and held it ajar for the Weasley sisters. It wasn't until then did Isaac notice how tall Emily really was, if it weren't for how grave the situation was, he might have given a faint chuckle at their astounding height difference, but Isaac knew that now wasn't the time for such comments.

Gabriella let Emily leave the room first, giving Isaac a weak smile as he held the door. She let her sister lead the way up to the owlrey as well, falling in at her side, only slightly behind her. Gabriella wondered what she should say, if anything.

When they reached the owlery, Emily summoned a piece of parchment and a pen, she didn't usually bother with quills anymore. She sat on the floor, leaning against the wall. She felt very much like a little kid that chewed on stuff and couldn't be trusted to be left alone for two seconds. She began to write, but was unsure of how to phrase her immense anxiety. Dear Cici,
A few weeks ago I was walking back to the castle from pulling overtime at Honeyduke's, alone as I usually do every evening. But that night things didn't go so well. A man from behind froze me with his wand so I was defenseless and quite vulnerable to him. He tore off my clothes and raped me, he muttered something in another language and disapparated. I am scared, depressed and confused. I feel more alone than every and that I have nowhere to turn to. I've been cutting myself and I want to stop, but I can't. For now, I have swallowed my pride and have decided to get help, because I know that I cannot fix this on my own. Sorry to bother you whilst you are in France.
Sincerely,
Emily E. Weasley Emily capped her pen and stuck it in her pocket. Her eyes were stinging again, but she knew that they were too dry to produce more tears. She hated humbling herself, she could take care of herself, except for now. She bit her lip as she selected a school owl and attached the letter to its foot. Emily watched it fly away, as if it were taking a part of her away with it, a part that was almost parasitic, and while her emotional burden was heavy, it seemed just a tiny bit lighter.

Gabriella patted her sister on the back as she watched the owl fly away. Though she could've easily read Emily's letter to Cici from across the room, she had purposely not watched her write it. "Anything else you want to do?" Gabriella asked her sister.

Emily opened her mouth to say something along the lines of; I would really like to go back to slicing my arm, but thought better of it and closed it again. She didn't really want to do much of anything. Maybe find a nice, dark broom cupboard to cry in. Emily opted to remain silent.
