Gabriella stepped outside, still holding a firewhiskey in one hand. She would watch and make sure Angel got back to the castle without seriously injuring herself and then she would go back inside the bar. If only Angie wasn't so-- Gabriella cut her thoughts off. I guess I'm stubborn too.

Angel was starting to regret that she had told Gabriella that she would be able to make it up to the castle by her lonesome. It would have been nice to have some company. But, she was planning on living on her own for a little bit, so she had to be able to take care of herself. Angel sighed, feeling the incline of the road in her calf muscles.

It was almost painful to watch Angel walk up to the castle by herself, she moved so slow. Gabriella wanted to go and walk with her, but Angel had already made it clear that she was fine by herself. Finally, her cousin was up almost at the doors of Hogwarts. Gabriella breathed a sigh of relief, finishing off her firewhiskey.

Angel struggled a moment with the door, she was unable to even move it an inch. She stood, leaning against the large doors for a few seconds, just until she caught her breath. Angel then realized how stupid she was being, so she flicked her wand at the door to open it. It slammed behind her, and Angel found herself looking into the face of...

Gabriella walked back into the bar and sat down next to Jasmine and Charles. "Well, how are the two of you?" Gabriella asked pleasantly, though she had already talked to Charlie about his new store for his clothes line. That was exciting.
