Secrets and Lies [any family]

Indago sat on a bench in the garden, a winter coat drawn around her. It was snowing gently. Indago felt tears streaming down her cheeks, her life was full of secrets and lies. Too many to count, she'd been lied to, betrayed and had many secrets concealed within her. The snowflakes stuck to her black hair, there were lines of black eyeliner on her cheeks, her eye make up was smeared. Indago didn't care. She had hormones raging within her. Is this even worth it? Indago thought bitterly, allowing snowflakes to fall on her eyelashes.

Liy was climbing in a tree above Indago unaware she was down there. All of a sudden the bransh snapped and she plummeted to the ground. She heard several snaps from different places as she hit the ground. She began swaring every word she knew. "What in the bloody name was that?" SHe spat to no one in particular. She looked at her leg, it stuck out at an odd angle in several places and A bone jutted out of her skin. Her arm was in an s shape and she had several cuts and bruises. She groaned trying not to cry.

"Holy shit." Indago said under her breath, walking slowly then kneeling beside Lily. "I don't have a wand 'cuz of last week, but I can get you to the hospital wing." Indago said soothingly. She firmly blocked her thoughts. Maybe I'll get to the source of my illness there.... She thought.

Lily bit her lip and blocked her thoughts. She wanted to say she could handle it but she couldnt. Dang, er stomach hurt. When she looked down she saw a large branch lodged in it. She nearley fainted at the sight of all the blood.

"Just look straight up, nowhere else, just straight up." Indago cautioned, gently picking up Lily and carrying her bridal-style back to the castle.

Lily did as told but couldn't help but notice her thick trail of blood. She knew this wouldn''t stop her from climbing trees still. She felt faint from blood loss. She had enough. She yanked out the stupid branch and firmly pressed her hands on the wounnd trying to stop blood flow. It helped a little.

Indago kicked open the door to the hospital wing and laid Lily on a bed. She snatched a roll of gauze and a bottle of wound cleaning stuff and returned to Lily's side. Carefully Indago cleaned the wound and packed it with gauze, then bandaged it tightly to stop the blood loss. Indago then returned to the supply cabinet and brought out materials to splint Lily's broken bones. She worked carefully and quickly. "I'm going to borrow your wand for a second, healing bones may be a bit risky without my own wand, but there is something I might be able to do." Indago explained, sliding Lily's wand from her pocket. Surprisingly it was fine, unscratched or unbroken. She made a small slit in Lily's arm, and a much larger one in her own. She transfered much of her own blood into Lily since she'd lost so much. With a pop, the cut on Indago's arm healed itself, and Indago put a small band aid on the paper-cut sized cut on Lily's arm. Indago bit her lip, then washed the blood off her arm.

Lily still jad a slight head ache but that was a better. Cici was never in the hospital when they needed her. She bit her lip and closed ehr eyes trying not to look at the bone jutting from her leg.
