Angel flopped down on the couch in her living room, completely exhausted. It was Sunday afternoon and she had finally managed to get Isaiah and Morgayne to go to sleep. Parenting two six-month-old babies was perhaps one of the hardest things she had ever done- on top of being the temporary homemaker of her father's house. She worried about her father, he had accepted the promotion from being an Auror to a Hit Wizard, something he had said he wouldn't do.
That meant that instead of capturing, it was her father's job to kill. Angel swallowed forcefully at the mere thought, she did not need to be worrying about that too. Her father was a grown man, he could take care of himself, even if he did a less-than-ideal job with cooking and housework. Just as Angel had been about to drift off into her customary Sunday afternoon nap there was a knock at the door. With a sigh she got up to answer it, only to find herself looking at...

It was Bradly, sporting a brand new black shiner around his right eye. It was small, but noticeable. He had just gotten back from a Quidditch game and thought he'd go see Angel. He smiled and immediately pulled her to him, kissing her forehead. Many of the players on Puddlemere teased him for having a girlfriend of a year or so. But, now, Toby was in his position as well. Bradly had been thinking of proposing to Angel lately. He loved her, and he hoped she loved him back. But she was with her children, and they were a handful. He'd wait. Bradly pulled away and smiled. "Hello, love."

"Hello Bradly," said Angel with a smile, tiredness apparent in her voice. It was hard to believe that only a year ago they had gotten together when she had been absolutely bawling in the Sundance Cafe, while pregnant with twins. Angel really did love him, he had been there for her when Wolfgang wasn't. But knowing that before he died he had tried to apologize multiple times and she wouldn't listen... It made her stomach queasy if she thought about it too much. "Here, let me fix that," said Angel, referring to her boyfriend's eye. She whipped out her wand, muttered a spell, and the bruise went away.
