Angel nodded then exited the building. She walked at her usual brisk pace to the cafe, where the waiter (who happened to be the grandson of the owners) immediately recognized her. She smiled, glad that even though she was not a frequent customer that she was at least a familiar face at the cafe. Angel selected a table against the window on the left hand side of the cafe, she liked being able to look outside, even if that day was dull and overcast.

Once Jenna had changed into more normal clothes and checked out for her break, she headed down the street, looking for the little place she had spotted a couple of times before. When she spotted Angel's face in the window, Jenna knew she was at the right place. She gave a small smile to the hostess before going over to sit with her cousin. "It's nice here," Jenna commented, already liking the atmosphere of the place.

"I know, isn't it darling?" said Angel with perhaps the first genuine smile she had had all day. She didn't know what it was, but the place seemed to be more relaxing and inviting than her own home. She, of course, was still living in a cheap two-bedroom apartment, so she figured that had something to do with it. Within a few minutes an elderly woman, one of the owners, came up to them. "Ah, Angie! I zee you again!" she proclaimed, smiling. "Good afternoon Eloise," said Angel, smiling at the old woman.

"Very," Jenna replied before an elderly woman came over to Angel. Jenna smiled at the woman, whom Angel obviously knew. Jenna figured this was one of the owners that Angel had befriended. Jenna couldn't help but smile in the woman's presence, she was very excited about seeing Angel again.

"And oo eez zis?" said Eloise, smiling in Jenna's direction. Angel couldn't help but feel her mood lightening, somehow the owners of the cute little cafe always managed to brighten her day just through being friendly. "This is my cousin, Jenna," said Angel with a smile. Eloise whipped out a pen and pad of paper from her apron before responding. "Eet ieez a plehzure," said Eloise, "zee uzual, Angie?" Angel nodded with a smile.

"It's nice to meet you as well," Jenna said at the appropriate time, smiling at the woman once more. Jenna's mood was lightened already, her exhaustion fading to the background a bit. For the moment, the twins were in the very back of her mind. Jenna flipped through the menu quickly before deciding what she wanted to order. She ordered and then couldn't help but smile again. Jenna hadn't been this happy since before she had found out she was pregnant.

Angel, instead of sitting with her usual posture, slumped in her chair a little, letting her back lean against it. She was tired, and the cafe had the sort of informal atmoshpere that let little things like that slide by- it wasn't fancy by any definition of the word."So how are you holding out?" asked Angel. She could remember the first few weeks with her twins, she hadn't thought that she would have been able to survive it on her own like that. She really did owe a lot to her friends coming by to help her out, especially Isaac's financial contribution. Angel didn't like using it, but she was living paycheck to paycheck, a few times she hadn't had quite enough.

Jenna shrugged slightly at Angel's question. While things weren't exactly pretty at the moment, she supposed they could be a lot worse. "Alright, I guess," Jenna replied. "I'm just tired mostly. Hopefully things will improve when Aaron and Ivy are old enough to spend the day at daycare." Jenna planned on finding a good daycare for her twins as soon as she found them ready. She knew it was ridiculous to keep living a double life like she was at the moment; it was far to straining, not only mentally, but physically as well. Jenna kept quiet about her financial struggles, figuring she needn't worry Angel that she was barely getting by from her current paycheck. Buying things for two extra people cost a considerable amount of money each month.

"It does help to have someone to watch them whilst you're at work," said Angel, she had long been a servant to her time-turner, religiously using it every day of the week, except of course for Sundays and every other Saturday- those were her off days. "I've got a card of the place I use," said Angel, looking around in her coin purse and then selecting a business card, "they do a good job." She slid the card across the table to Jenna.
