History: Quincy was born the first of two children to Penelope and Harold Chandler, wealthy upper class citizens. Her father was the youngest to ever secure himself a seat in the Wizengamot, and her mother came from a very well-off family. Quincy took to the lifestyle immediately, she loved the luxury and the culture which she was expected to uphold, it did her well growing up, and she developed into a proper young lady.

To no one's surprise, she received her Hogwarts letter at eleven and was sent off to her parents' former school, where she immediately stood out. Quincy's smarts propelled her to the top of her class, and her wealth was quick to bring her friends. Everything seemed to be going well, that was, until the attack on the school. Quincy's wit allowed her to make it through unscathed, though her younger brother was not so fortunate. Quincy witnessed him die, struck down by a curse that had caused him to bleed out, there hadn't been anyone around to save him.

Effected deeply by her younger brother's death and her inability to stop it, Quincy withdrew socially, spending a year collecting herself. She is only now getting back into the swing of things socially, but since the event she has a demanding need for order...
