Distinguishing Features: Logan is, most notably, short and lacking in pigment. Most things about his person are small, particularly his hands and feet which are dainty and almost feminine in nature. Though surprisingly, Logan does have tattoos, he has a diagram of an ancient charm on his chest, and the phrase "Not all who wander are lost" inked into the arch of his right foot.
Dressing Style: A bit peculiar for wizard standards, the only item of wizard clothing he owns is a cloak. Logan is usually found in jeans and button-up shirts- almost always adding suspenders and sometimes a bow tie. His footwear alternates between canvas trainers and lace-up boots depending on how cold it is. He is never seen without his glasses as he has terrible eyesight, and opts for stylish frames. Logan is also a fan of hats, fedoras in particular.

History: Logan was born the second of three children to the Culpeppers- a non-pretentious, middle-class pureblood family. By all means an ordinary child in an ordinary family, though from a young age Logan was a bit different from his siblings. Having always had a stutter, he became self-conscious of it very early, and as such became shy, always one to hang toward the back and observe what everyone else was doing. In his youth he worked in their family-owned bookstore and coffee shop- his father gently encouraging him to interact with the customers to improve his speech impediment. It was his father who showed him books, and Logan took to them immediately, happy to escape to other places and simply be in the background.

At eleven, Logan, like his older brother, went off to Hogwarts. It was there for his creative and book-loving ways that he was sorted into Ravenclaw. And not long after did the teasing begin- his peers were merciless, given that he was small, not very good at much of anything, and still stuttered at times. Logan grew to be quite timid indeed, though found shelter in a marvelous place- the library. Whenever he had a moment to spare the young Ravenclaw would be amongst the shelves, reading any and everything he could get his hands on. Logan fell in love with the place, feeling just as home there as his parents' bookstore. Though socially school wasn't the best, he skated by and graduated with decent marks in everything, spare for charms where he was top of the class.

Being unsure of what exactly he wanted to do, Logan went back to his parents' bookstore. Unfortunately, it was not meant to last, as their small business began going under. Bills were piling up, customers stopped coming in. Less than a year after graduating they were forced to close the business. Heartbroken, Logan didn't know what to do. He worked at Flourish and Blott's for a bit, but found that it lacked the same heart that his family's shop had used to have. It was in the wake of the attack on Hogwarts that the librarian resigned, her heart too old and frail to stay any longer. Logan applied in a heartbeat, and has only just arrived in the castle once more, with his three cats and the clothes on his back.
