Angel sat in the common room, taking up three tables with her homework. she was working on a star chart for Astronomy and an essay for Muggle Studies at the same time. Her time turner hung out of her blouse and her tie was undone. It was late, around three in the morning. She was also asleep upstairs. Angel yawned, then paused in her homework. There were footsteps coming down the stairs. Angel hurriedly tucked her time-turner under her blouse and returned to working.

Jenna spotted the time-turned before Angel stuffed it back under her blouse. "Hi Angel," Jenna said, holding her stack of books. There was a sick girl in Jenna's dorm that was snoring like mad and Jenna had decided to come down to the common room to do her work. She sat at a table next to her cousin, pulling out an essay. "I have a time-turner too," Jenna whispered as she pulled out her quill. "It really does come in handy."

"Oh yeah it does. I would never get through all of this without it." said Angel, sitting up straighter and re-tying her blue and bronze striped tie. She didn't like being scruffy around other people. It wasn't her style. She picked up the pace with her writing on both assignments. Once she did those two things, and her Transfiguration homework, she would be free.

"Me either," Jenna replied as she pulled out an essay she had to write for her potions class. It was one of her favorite classes, but there was always a lot of homework. She pulled out her quill and began to work. It was her last piece of homework for the night. She had turned back her whole days and had a few breaks to do parts of her other homework as she got it.

Angel made quick work of everything else, then pulled out her Transfiguration essay that she had been procrastinating on. It was due in two weeks and she had not even started it yet! The only noise Angel heard was the scratching of her quill on the parchment as she slaved over her essay.

Jenna too slaved over her essay for a few more minutes before sitting back slightly and reading all that she had written so far. It wasn't bad, but she wasn't quite satisfied. She had made a few typos (2) and decided to re-write it. She pulled out another piece of parchment and started again.

Angel felt her eyelids growing heavy, she had been very tired lately. From her mountains of homework, to worrying herself silly over Wolfgang being in the Quadwizard Tournament, and full moon was approaching once more that term. She yawned, dipped her quill into the ink and continued on.

Jenna had always been the type to try not to use her telepathy except when she needed it, but the task was hard. It was then that her mind slipped and she heard Angel's thoughts. She frowned slightly, but said nothing. Angel was a werewolf; she had never known. Jenna continued to write.

Her writing slowed considerably, her brain was slowing, she wanted to stay awake and finish her homework, she wanted to spend the entire day tomorrow with Wolfgang, because the day after, he would leave for France. Angel's head fell down onto her essay, she was asleep, completely worn out from the day.

"Oh Angel," Jenna said, sighing to herself. Her cousin was now fast asleep over her homework. She was sure now that two Angel's were asleep, and if she only went up to the 6th year girls dorm she would find the other. Jenna got up from her chair and walked over, sliding Angel's essay out from underneath her head so she wouldn't mess it up. Jenna wished she could put Angel on the couch and make her more comfortable, but there was no possible way for her to lift her cousin. She sighed again.

Angel was used to sleeping at tables, she had done it many times this year already. Her workload was finally catching up to her. Sure, she would awaken the next day feeling a little stiff, but she would be fine. Her red hair slid down to cover her face. Angel was out.

Part of Jenna wanted to laugh, but another part of her was ready to collapse with exhaustion herself. She didn't want to do anything to wake Angel up, but she also didn't want her to miss any classes. Jenna conjured up a muggle alarm clock and wound it up by hand, setting it across the table from Angel. It would ring twenty minutes before classes would start in the morning if she didn't wake up. Next, Jenna picked up all of Angel's homework and neatly packed it into her bag. She checked her planner, and it seemed that Angel had everything done for the next day. Jenna sat back down at the other table, bringing herself back to writing.

Angel slumped even farther, head face-down on the smooth surface of the table. She knew it wasn't the best thing to sleep at tables, but she didn't have the energy to open her eyelids, let alone get up, climb a flight of stairs, get changed into her night clothes and then lay down. So she stayed asleep at the table.

Jenna sighed as she finished the essay. She was done with homework for the night. Still, she didn't want to leave Angel alone in the common room. Jenna packed her bag slowly, thinking hard. Finally, she pulled her bag over to a comfy chair and sat in it, trying to fall to sleep.

Angel yawned in her sleep. There were no dreams, her brain had just decided to shut down, being far to overworked to conjure a dream. Angel had not had any dreams in a long while... *The next morning* The alarm clock, as it was supposed to, started to buzz. Angel groaned and sat up, blinking drowsily. She had done it again. Perhaps she could drop a few classes... No, she would never dream of it! She yawned as she attempting to figure out the ringing alarm clock, unable to shut it off.
