Isaac decided to stay standing, and leaned against the wall, only stumbling slightly as the bus shot off to its next destination. That was a pretty good feat, considering that he was halfway drunk. The feeling was already starting to go away, by Quidditch practice the next morning he would be entirely sober. "Where you headed?" Gregory asked of them. Isaac looked to Jenna, his brain struggling to come up with the name of her apartment complex.

Jenna smiled at Gregory before replying. "Moonview Apartments," she replied and he nodded. Jenna was glad that she hadn't had to give him directions, sometimes the bus didn't know where muggle destinations were. As Gregory left, Jenna turned to Isaac, who had looked puzzled when Gregory asked where they were going. "Your wife only lived there all summer," Jenna commented, teasing Isaac slightly.

"Right," said Isaac after thinking hard for a long while. He had never set foot in the complex, during that time when he and Gabriella saw each other they usually met at an agreed location. That on top of the facts that he was drunk, and had no idea that Jenna lived there. Isaac figured he really ought to get involved in the lives of his friends more. Particularly Safira, he didn't like the idea of her being pregnant and living by herself whilst Demetri was teaching.

Jenna smiled, but was kept from replying by the bus's sudden stop. She lurched forward and gripped the bed for support. A witch and a wizard got off and then the bus sped away again, causing Jenna to lurch a bit backward this time. She supposed she would never quite get used to the Knight Bus.

At long last the precarious triple-decker bus pulled to a stop in a quaint muggle apartment complex, the flats arranged tastefully in new-looking buildings. They must be nice on the inside, it was the kind of place where Isaac would imagine a family with one or two kids and not much money would live. "I'll walk you to your door," said Isaac to Jenna as they stepped off the bus, he didn't want her walking wherever it was on her own in the dark.
